Personally I’ve given up when the update of late July came out as it is simply unplayable now (even on tablet). The code has to be badly optimized to require so much RAM to work properly. There are tons of more elaborated games that don’t need half the RAM.
It’s sad I really liked this game.

If you have problems with dodge, take Samurai, Archmage, Rogues and Druid for 5 stamina battles (pigs die when attacking you).
And remove samurai or remove Rogues and put princess for the other fights.
With that combo it’s even too easy

You want to destroy ninjas quickly? Use archmage buff on a bird and force enemies to attack that bird.
Be careful to ninja masters with their damn dispel ability.

I get counter-attacked each time the pirate should get stunned but is immune to that

Play the 7 stamina fights to get three things if you have access to lots of friendship essence

It does sometimes get a discount, but it’s very rare. Anyway I would avoid taking it as the game becomes so easy that it loses any interest.

Stone guard is really cool, it works well, however the good combos you can build with him are generally better with Paladin or Samurai. To me the paladin is the best class in the game as it’s effective against everything outside ninjas and works well with any other bird. The stone guard can be more effective in a few builds but in that case samurai is better.

Also having the enemies forced to target a bird counts as a negative effect, so you can for example use cupcake trap or the princess normal attack to have every enemies taking more damage from Red, but he can only hit one at a time anyway so anything that can put a negative effect on Red’s next target will work.

Chili is by far the most useful, however it’s so powerful the game loses any interest as it becomes way too easy
And Skulkers is definitely better than thunderbird (btw I would also take Sea Dog before Thunderbird)

I just got a second set of daily objectives, don’t ask me how. I hadn’t lost any battle so it has nothing to do with losing 3 times and paying LC, it’s probably one more event bug.
I’m still 8k points behind the guys at the top that apparently benefit from this bug 3 times

Rogues, rainbird and druid. If you have set items that revive Chuck or the Blues use them. The sweet set on Mathilda is also useful

I didn’t know you needed to be in the best leagues to get that kind of banners, I thought you could get them by the GPM.
I know it’s a different GPM, but the rainbow riot still applies to it.

I’ve got great resluts using druid (sweet set), rainbird (phoenix set) and rogues (save me set).
The good thing with this combo is that you’re nearly not affected if you lose the coin flip as Chuck and Blues get revived. Except against Red you’ll generally kill a bird in one turn.
Rainbird attacks once every 3 turns and heals the rest of the time.
In general, take down the most dangerous bird, then poison the banner, then attack the second most annoying bird etc. Keep killing birds and healing yourself while the banner quickly loses health.
I’ve used plenty of insane combos during the entire game that are better than this one, but in PvP, they don’t work as well. This combo has many advantages compared to most other ones.

– If you go first, it’s auto-win with 3 stars
– If you go second you easily survive even if the fight is gonna be harder
– You need to hit the banner very few times, which reduces the impact of annoying effects.
– You’re not relying on buff combos that can get screwed by dispelling enemies
– You have nice healing abilities if needed (around 1100 HP for one bird and 800 HP for the others)
– You can purify one bird per turn
– You roughly ignore defensive buffs thx to the continuous damage
– Enemies can be annoying when they have buffs like the cupcake trap or the lightning shield, here it’s much less annoying as you need to hit the enemy only once and inflict low base damage.
– Enemies often lack purifiying means outside Mathilda rage or the Princess ability, and as you can take her down in one turn your enemies won’t be able to heal themselves

There are probably great combinations with banners but as I have only the basic one I don’t know anyone yet.
