I think it’s my lucky week. I got this objective yesterday and it let me achieve it by knocking out three birds at once in two separate games (like most people seem to be able to do) rather than twice per game in two games (like I usually have to do). Last week was a bit different again. The first four times I knocked out three birds in one attack once only in my first four battles, but none of those counted (as usual) but in the fifth battle I knocked them out twice in one battle and it counted twice.

I seem to be missing a star too. No idea where it is. I guess I’ll just replay every level and hope the number updates itself.

@killerkea I know all that. Like you, I get it approximately weekly. In fact, I have it today. I don’t know why my objective has different from yours, but for me, I usually need to do it twice in one battle, and then to repeat that in a second battle. Having said that though, I did it once only today and it counted, so maybe my luck is changing. On the other hand, I find that reviving birds (due to emblem/Phoenix/Save Me) usually don’t matter. Maybe the requirements are different for different platforms or something. I certainly see a lot of stuff in this game that are inconsistent with what other people report.

@killerkea I always use Whip Up. Every time. Except for one time, I have always needed to kill all enemy birds with a single attack twice in one battle to get one point.

This is by far the worst objective. You need to do it twice in the same battle. And then do that in two separate battles. Except for one time a few weeks ago when both counted in the same battle. But that was the only time. And frequently even doing it twice in a battle doesn’t count. I dread seeing this objective more than any other.

@gamemaster Yeah I did that, and I got nothing. But I’m pretty much back to where I was now so it doesn’t really matter. After being through the whole game once, you learn all the tricks so it’s easy enough to get it all back.

@gamemaster I reinstalled once and lost everything which took quite some time to get back. Personally, I’d wait to see if Rovio says anything.

This afternoon, I lost my Arena icon. No biggie, I just went to the bottom left corner of the map but when I tap the ship, I get a message telling me that the arena is locked. Is it down at the moment? I was down around 12th or something in the arena this morning when I stopped playing, and it’ll be hard to get much higher than that if it’s not operational, especially with the ongoing ad-freezing bug.

@korath88 I managed 8 in a row yesterday. But on Tuesday I only missed out once.

I’m surprised that I managed to get the stone guard, after only managing 5 feathers after a full day playing on day 1. That was a particularly nasty day for the ad bug so I only managed to start about six games that day.

@stampy666 I get that a lot too. It’s seriously annoying and is likely to cause me to to go down a level in the arena this week. (Twice this week I have missed out on 4500 points from objectives because I have only managed to complete one out of the three objectives due to this bug.) Rovio says that if you can tell them the ad (preferably with a screen shot) and your location they will remove the ad. Because the bug is so common, I take a screen shot almost every time an ad appears just in case. Almost all of the ads will cause the game to freeze occasionally but some are more likely than others. Interestingly, I find that the ads that cause the problem are usually ads for Rivio’s own games.

@kerravon You might be right that it might be system related. I have contacted Rovio support. We’ll see what they say.

@mingkee27 I know that, and have done it numerous times, but not once have they counted. I generally use Bomb’s rage attack. Once, I even got all three birds plus the flag in one hit. Needless to say, that didn’t count either.

@neomerlinmagic That’s pretty much what I do, but as I said, my main problem is that even when I manage to get all three birds at once, they have never counted. I need a tip that will make it more likely that achieving my objectives will actually count towards the total. (Of course, I can’t do it today because the stupid freeze/crash bug has caused me to “lose” three battles today.)

Knocking out three birds with one attack has to be my least favourite. Does anyone have a tip for completing it AND HAVING IT COUNT?? I have had this objective a couple of times now and each time I’ve managed to complete the objective exactly one time out of the two required. And in each case, that point was awarded in battles when I only knocked out two birds. None of my many three knock-out attacks have ever counted towards the objective. Frustrating. :-(

You’re not alone, @cosmo2503. I came into this forum specifically looking for advice on this objective. I got it a few days ago too. I went into battle with no healing abilities (both birds and banner) and didn’t get credit for any of the dozen or so games I won without healing. It cost me 3000 bonus points because none of my wins counted. :-(

I started getting ad videos this week and after viewing one, my regular power-up magic boxes resumed. No idea why they suddenly disappeared for several months though.

Hmmm… Since your comment, I played through Blossom River as well but saw none, as usual. There’s definitely something screwy going on, but I guess that’s normal in AB land.

The only characters I haven’t unfrozen from the carbonite are Endor Luke and Biker Scout. I got three carbonite Hans a few days ago, but even though I got more than enough points to unlock the bonus level, it still says I’m on 99%. :-( I’ve also received three Hologram Darth Sidiouses.
