Mel has had a few hats available now, first off top of my head was the Atlantean Guard through the arena, but if you scroll through she has had a few magical and exotic ones available.

It isn’t about you being on Facebook, but others when your device tries to load their Facebook profile photo. It has been fixed though, check the microsoft store if you are on the latest update?

https://www.facebook.com/groups/AB2Windows is the Facebook group. If having issues I do suggest not watching ads on the desktop version of the game at all, can help a bit as they seem to cause the most issues.

There is now an update to Windows that may let you play again, it has fixed the Facebook avatar issue, still can’t log in but it no longer hangs the game.

I got the gems by doing daily quests every day, opening common chest as much as possible, and the arena has been a huge help for the last year. Careful spending and saving, only spend gems when I really need it. Know when a tower run is good or bad and to go all in or abandon it. I am maybe up 1-2k gems a month, depending on how arena goes?

Used to be able to win express tickets in adventures, now you can sometimes buy them for daily deals or get them during an evolution hat event in the shop.

I like to have at least 20k gems to do a tower run, but I feel winning is anytime I walk away ahead or even on gems. Treat it like gambling and don’t expect a jackpot very often.

But remember it’s not 50 gems, think of it like 70 gems, you are now investing 70 gems into the run, what will you possibly be getting back? I usually do the 20 and then use the video, or go further depending. Video as a fall-back makes me a bit bolder.

Yes there is a lot of issues on Windows AB2 due to Facebook currently changing how they handle third party log-ins. Same thing I think you can’t login to this forum through Facebook anymore. If anyone in game now has a Facebook avatar it hangs the game up at that spot, so it can block clans from finishing events or people from entering arena.

Yes you still get stars for winning, though they don’t have any impact in arena anymore.

They took it away as a temporary fix as some people were exploiting a bug to get multiple eagle strikes in a row using the restart button, the eagle would still go through. Once fixed they have restored it to the d-meter now.

Or turning off wifi/data, restarting then opening the game in offline mode. Once fully loaded then turn the internet back on.

Make a fake gaming FB account? Only give them the info you want them to have? Make a new email for it, only access in incognito mode if concerned about tracking.

Contact support in game? Were you messing around with your device time earlier? Could have caused the issue.

The desktop and mobile versions are different and do not sync with each other.

The 12 you earned was for clearing rooms, and should be shown when you click on the shop, you can see your amount of coins change.

You also earn coins for your local position, if you are in the top 50. That’s why it currently says 0. Your global position improves your frame.

It is fair as it is random, you could always just score more points.

Arena you are playing against a recorded run, they pit you against harder runs the further up the streak you go.
