    We understand that it’s extremely annoying to have cheaters in the game, and are really sorry for the inconvenience caused by this. We are however doing our very best in order to prevent this from happening and are continuously looking for a better way to deal with the cheating. The cheaters on the leaderboard were already banned from the game earlier today and we promise to do our best to make sure that it’s a fair Fight!

    Hi guys,

    Hope you’re having fun with the new update! As some of you’ve noticed, there were a couple of bugs. If your game was crashing when watching a video on Android, there’s an update that fixes it in Google Play (if you didn’t already get force updated). Also if you noticed your birds getting weaker when on a higher rank, that’s also now fixed.

    If you were dropped to Wood League, please let our support know & they’ll do their very best to fix this for you.

    @datguygamer Hi there! Do you mean that you’re not offered the Elite classes? Not at all or just a specific one? What’s the username in the ticket you sent to our support? Is it ‘random237’?

    Hi guys!

    Some players have been experiencing a bug – the valiant head set bonus isn’t working. Sorry for any inconvenience caused by this. It will get fixed in the next update.

    … and there were indeed some changes made already today (that was pretty fast ;))

    Today’s update has:

    – EASTER MINI-CAMPAIGN – The eggs are everywhere!
    – ELITE CLASSES – Unlock epic upgrades for your favorite classes!
    – EVENT SYSTEM UPDATE – Enjoy a bunch of new event types and rewards!

    This is definitely a subject that has been discussed by the developers and will be discussed more when I take your feedback forward. I’ll notify the Epic team about your comment and I’m sure they will take it seriously. Of course we can’t promise that we’ll find a solution that everyones happy with, right away, but it’s good to put this on the table.

As mentioned, there has indeed been some changes in the structure of the company and therefore, they’ve been very busy lately.     Hello all,

    Our Customer Support wrote an explanation of what’s going on in the Arena, so I’ll post it here for everyone to read:

    “We are very sorry for the issue you just experienced in the Arena! An error was made when publishing this weeks’ league, resulting in week 4 of Season 7 beginning, instead of week 2 of Season 4. This is what broke the league timer, and why you weren’t promoted if you should have been.

    To fix this issue we have ended Season 7 and re-started Season 4 from week 2. This means that everyone will start in the Wood League again, no one has been promoted to Stone. All players will start as if it’s the beginning of a new Season.

    This fix will happen automatically when you load the game next. You will get a notification popup about Season 7 ending, and then you will continue in the correct season and week.
    The popup will be missing some graphics, and you will be rewarded with a broken trophy (missing graphics) for Season 7. The broken trophy will be removed at some point.

    When you next load the game, please open your mailbox (totem pole menu in the camp screen). There you will find that Mighty Eagle has sent you some Lucky Coins to say sorry!
    We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and hope you enjoy Season 4 of the Arena league!”

    Like @henjovr mentioned, it’s not a very good idea to download third party software like this. They might not be what they look like. We’re trying to make sure that players can’t cheat, but unfortunately every now and then people find a way to do so.

    We’ve been looking into this problem for a little while already and have been banning players that cheat. We’re however hoping to find a way to prevent cheating all together.

    @mvnla2 Players being put to Season 7 is being investigated. Hopefully fixed in no time at all. I’ll get back to you when we’ve figured out how to best resolve this.

    The problem with not getting promoted from the Wood League has been reported to our testers here at Rovio and they’re now looking into this. We’ll let you guys know when we have more info.
