I read about Amazon rejecting 2.3 on Facebook and was hoping to get 2.4 by now, unfortunately that hasn’t happened yet maybe because it’s such a mess. Sadly, I don’t think I’ll be getting it anytime soon.

I just wonder if Epic is going to be consigned to the scrap heap soon. I have a Kindle so can only use the Epic app from Amazon. Not only did I not get the update for 2.4, I didn’t get the the update before that either. Until last night the lag had gone from 36 seconds to over 1 minute. However, I finally got a response last night to say they had also tweaked it and now find it is very quick.

Thanks for the reply. I did report it but unfortunately they haven’t responded yet. I have tried switching between classes etc, sometimes it works but not always.

It’s definitely Rovio causing this problem. Yes you’re right about having too many items as it happened to me before because of that. So I was surprised that it happened again…[Read more]

I can’t find total mastery levels either.  I’m having about a 36 second lag waiting for it to load which is really annoying.

I only needed Elite Avenger, but now instead of just having Avenger in the chest there are also 4 Legacy hats 😬

It’s been 7 days since I raised a ticket with Rovio telling them I’m not able to get a free spin on the golden pig in either the nest or arena as the bar remains grey.

I did a reinstall hoping that would work, sadly it didn’t.

To get a Rovio account you need to click on the nest icon. Once there you will see a totem pole on the left hand side, click on the top bit and you will see Rovio you can enter your details there. When you are registered and logged in you don’t have to worry about losing your progress and can uninstall.

If you a Rovio account account you can uninstall and then reinstall. I had the same problem with the last update and had to do it twice.

If you haven’t got an account and uninstall you will lose your progress so you should contact Rovio Support.

I get my updates from Amazon and also got the 2.1.2 version like you. I uninstalled and reinstalled 2 times as I was also stuck on loading. The second time it worked and got version 2.1.4

You need to contact Rovio Suport and let them know what you are missing. A few of us lost our trophies a while ago but Rovio got them back for us, but only after we raised a ticket.

Thanks for letting me know. I’m actually going to take a break from the Arena for a while but I will be around as I will still be doing the events. I also want to work on my birds.  All my birds are  level 80, M60 – M70. I’d like to get them to L80/ M80.
