I’ve been wondering if The Nest has walkthroughs on any of these challenges. Today’s challenge looks like it might be an old golden egg episode, judging by the egg showing up on the pause screen. My screen is not allowing any power ups either, or I should say there is no power up banner showing up. I could have sworn I’ve used power ups before.

That really wasn’t my point. The group has made it possible for people to get coins and power ups without paying. I don’t think Rovio expected that people would collect millions of coins and power ups. So now they’ve tweaked the games sufficiently to make power ups moot.

From what I’ve seen in the past 3 days, I don’t think this was sanctioned by Rovio. WM has no power anymore-he’s just another bird. The only decent thing to happen with the power ups, is the scope with a full length aim. That’s it. My WM on full power can’t even break through a wall of ice and wood. The fun is gone due to cheaters and people circumventing the system.

My advice is to wait for the fix. If you delete and reinstall, you’ll lose all your scores–unless you want to back everything up. The fix is coming this week, so they say. I’m content to wait for it. But that’s just MHO.

I’m having the same crashing problem on my iPad. I haven’t updated the new iOS yet.
I learned the hard way not to delete the app. This was wayyyy back after the first Halloween episode. That episode was hard enough to 3 star the first time around.

I knew ABN wasn’t affiliated with Rovio, but I thought there was a special relationship between the two. Why would Rovio take over the FB page?

Our high score in the 1 star remedial class (I really hate how they giveth stars, and then taketh them away) is 1,477,620. I suppose it’s possible for somebody to get almost 300k more points over 6 levels. It’s only 50k more pts per level. *eye roll*. So irritating.

What is Time Travel? I’m getting bored with Bird Wear. How many times do I have to beat my score on the same level? That’s getting old. There are plenty of other levels in Seasons for them to choose.

I play on an iPad or iPhone, so I don’t know how it works on a PC. Wish there were a way to get rid of the cheaters, but hackers will always find a way.

I’d still like to know how these people manage to cheat. I play with power ups and have never gotten past Diamond level 1. Sometimes I have a bad week and drop down to Gold (which I don’t think is fair to begin with). Other times I have a great week and increase a few of my scores (like this week). At this rate, I’ll never make it to Diamond level 2. However, just because I have a good week, I would be really ticked off to find my scores had disappeared just because somebody didn’t like me bettering them.

Mine are still dressed up, although it’s hard to tell between Stella and Blues with their garb on. What’s bugging me–watching the short videos was slightly annoying, but today I had to sit through 3-1 minute Intel ads. That really chapped my derrière. 10-15 second ads-okay. 3 minutes of the same ad, just so I can put a Christmas tree on Red Bird makes me want to Chuck the whole Bird Wear effort. I’m not giving them money so Stella can wear a ski outfit lol. Or that could be the Blues. It’s hard to tell sometimes.

Yeah, I’m feeling the same way about the whole Birdwear Challenge in ABS. Watch a video to get a clue or pay coins. Now I’ve hit one that wants me to gather a ski that’s not accessible. I’ve tried bomb bird, but I can only get the first ski, which of course is NOT the one it wants me to gather. Frustrating.

Update–wow. I just went back to try again. I hit “take me to level” and it took me to a completely different level where the item is actually reachable. What is up with that??

I’m close to Diamond league too. Like you, some weeks I’ll be in first place and then towards the end of the week, I’ll look to see where I am and people have unbelievably high scores that no matter what I do I can’t get close.

I love AB Friends and am happy that there is now league play since I only have 2 FB friends who play weekly. I too have noticed that there are scores thousands of points higher than what I can possibly get, even when I try different power ups. I don’t bother looking at Game Center anymore since there were so many people with the exact same ridiculously high score on the leader board that they had to be fake. It’s aggravating that people feel the need to do that, but I guess it takes all kinds to make this world go round.
