Even after the update that’s just come out, I can’t play season 10, because the war pass is *still* stuck in the last day of season 9, and crashing when I go into it. I’m done with this game. Sick of it crashing all the time, and being broken for extended periods of time. Now it looks like I’m going to miss out on season 10 entirely.

Oh, that made me look a fool… So, can you say why the game (for me, at least) still stuck on final day of season 9 war pass, and keeps crashing when I go into it? Haven’t been able to play season 10 at all so far.

That might be the issue that’s causing whatever problem you’re having, but it isn’t for mine. The iOS update was a week ago, but that either didn’t fix, or even caused, the problem I’m having with the war pass still being stuck on the last seconds of season 9, and crashing the game when I try to collect final rewards and move on.

@grimlockdown Yeah, I think that monoliths were the problem for me. Both times I’ve had a go at Unicron with Ramjet, he took 3/4 health out before timing out. I do kind of wish I could use one of the Coneheads and keep Superion in reserve as the second TF, just in case of Unicron appearing.

I had been promoting Ironhide, thinking he’d be up this time, but it’s OK, I was looking forward to the Coneheads event a bit more.

I like using Dirge and Ramjet, but, disappointingly, I haven’t been able to defeat Unicron with either (both at level 15, with attack-oriented accessories). Ramjet has fared a little better than Dirge, though I prefer using Dirge overall. These last two events, I’ve not had much luck with Unicron :-/

I can’t even play season 10, let alone buy the prime pass :-/ The game is otherwise OK for me, but I’m having the same issue with the war pass on both my iPad and iPhone. Nothing I can do until R/E fix it, but recent experience says that could be a couple of weeks away…

Is anyone else getting this??? I’ve updated to the latest version, and have even tried reinstalling it a a couple of times, but having no joy. I keep getting a ‘download failed’ error on the loading screen (although it does load). The game is mostly OK, but the war pass is stuck on the final day of season 9, and crashes the game when I go into it.

I’m playing with Blaster too. He’s generally good, but, in the only Unicron encounter I’ve had so far, he couldn’t complete (mine is level 13 ATM). He did a good a job against Boss Pig though.

Ah, I see. Didn’t think he was out yet. I managed to use him without the game crashing. Seemed to be the same as regular Devastator, apart from the skin.

It’s been OK for me on iOS, but it does sometimes crash during, or sometimes right at the end of, the Challenge Run. That’s been an issue for a long time, though.

When my Dirge died during his SR, it was because he was being fired upon by WMTs, flying pigs, and missiles at the same time. Being able to take out the WMTs would’ve been a big help, but, all TFs have to have their weaknesses, I suppose. I’ve upgraded him to level 12 and tried him with another SR; he came within a whisker of completing it. I don’t know if the upgrade made all that much of a difference — the stat bars don’t suggest that it should have done — or if I was just a bit unlucky with the first SR for Dirge, and had a more favourable one second time around. He’s definitely an interesting one to use, though, and not one I’d have likely thought to try if not for this list.

Even though some of the comments here have been pretty deranged, I do agree that the Spark Run isn’t the best experience it could be. It’s all very well saying “fill all three TF slots”, but that requires an absurd amount of real money, for very little in return (allowing you to complete a game mode, which you can only use twice a day, a bit quicker). Tied into that, promoting TFs — even only one or two per squad — to high level becomes an almost Hadean task, with soaring Spark cost, while the additional amount of Spark you can earn per day barely creeps up to a rather paltry maximum. On top of that, I more often than not don’t bother with the SR at all on the alternating weeks when coins are the activation currency, as the cost is just too much (whereas, I am never short of pigs).

Personally, I would lower the gem cost of unlocking additional TF slots for the SR, allow it to be run a few times per day, and set pigs as the only currency for using it. Also, and as I have said before, I would have Sparks in crates too.

I don’t think that anything anyone says on a forum like this — regardless of how long they’ve been playing — is going to make any difference, though. If it did, there’d be a new character every week…

At what level would you say Dirge becomes viable? I tried my level 11 Dirge, and he was useless — couldn’t destroy WMTs very easily, and even took a few shots to kill flying pigs. The health leeching is cool, but, not much use when he isn’t killing stuff that’s shooting him!

Sick of the game crashing g during the Challenge Run. It’s just happened to me again; lost all progress from the run, but the 45 gems I’d used to extend it were still taken ?
