I was thinking that people who didn’t have any of the enslavers were getting a 2 bot event, but that theory just got blown out the window. It must just be a bad glitch and/or have something to do with the latest update.

Which bot does everyone think is better between Sideswipe and Red Alert? I was thinking about getting one so I had a speedster. It seems like sideswipe has a nemesis prime style weapon and is more powerful than RA, but I see a lot of positive things about red alert. I haven’t played with either bot only had sideswipe as a buddy a couple times in regular runs.

Heck yeah man, take it when you can get it. I messed up and waited until token exchange to try to claim the extra tokens and they were gone by that point. I think it was a sign of that luck moving on. Hopefully it’s yours now!

What promotion level are you using to hit 200k points in that amount of time?

No, I don’t have EM yet. I am hoping to get tokens to pick him up and if not I’ll take the bundle and probably the new bot bundle as well. Definitely will be tough as I only have 630 tokens for today with a 125% bonus.

The way I’m looking at it though, like we went over a couple events ago, we’re playing to get bots. I can always recoup the gems spent to get an additional spark slot but the bots are only available at certain times so need to get them when we can.

He’s at 60% promotion and I started with around 3 1/2 hours left.

I think I need to take my good fortune and just be happy for what I got cause this megatron event is going to be nothing but struggle. My base scores are super low and ending up in the bottom five

I must have fallen into one of the rare occasions. I took 1st yesterday with 16k points and 2nd was at 10k. No recharges needed.

Has anyone else found  Blaster to be not so great with Unicron? Does he do that much better as he is overpowered? I’m at lvl15 and didn’t quite damage him to halfway

I have a couple times on this and the last event. Last event was the first time I have ever been able to collect max tokens for a day (was on ice block day). I was close with 96k yesterday, which gave me 2nd and I’ve gotten first 3 times this event as well. The last 3 days have also been with 2 recharges.

I’m normally no where near those scores though, so I’m going to take them while I can get them and expect to sink back down probably starting next event.

I’m not sure exactly what tokens I’ve gotten from dailies and spire, although I don’t think it’s that many, but I’m at 9529 tokens total at the moment. I feel I’ve lucked out on this event and been able to get some good scores. Might be able to grab an accessory too.

Good call, just hit lvl 367 tonight.

I agree with your thoughts on the game, and was thinking the same thing actually. So I’ll probably end up getting the Bee bundle and hopefully get that extra bot in the spark run soon enough.

Just wondering who has gotten or still plans to get Energon Bumblebee from this event? I will have the tokens to get Nemesis, so that will leave me to buy a 1000 gem bundle for Bee, and finish the squad. I have around 3000 gems, but not sure it’s worth it for a Bee variant. What’s everyone’s thoughts?

That’s a good point you made on not getting myself into a pattern. I tend to do that after trying to follow the pig.

It’s also pretty common I get a pig before level 5, but I usually luck out with getting at least 10 gems to cover it before I quit. Overall I probably just need to step back a bit and wait for the right moment to “go for it”

Man you’re getting great results in the spire lately! You’ve inspired me to spend some gems in hope’s of better results but alas I’m coming up short in comparison.

Have you noticed any patterns on where the higher scoring rewards are?

@asen @moifirst I have about 2800 gems, so I wouldn’t be empty, but it would be a decent chunk spent. If I had the amount of gems some of you have banked it would be a no brainer. As I’ve gathered too, it would be for a bot that isn’t the greatest. In the end I think I’ll save them for a more worthwhile bot down the road. Thanks for your input guys!

Does beachcomber seem worth it to spend 1000 gems on? I’m only lvl 286 and still need a lot of bots, but that’s a lot of gems to me.

Currently sitting at 5690 tokens for this event. Assuming I can get 7500 tokens are any of the speedsters worth unlocking? If so, which one would be recommended?
