Me and a majority of my clan co- leaders want to stay and have another clan join us. My clan is barely a year old, that’s one of the reasons why we want to stay put. If you are connected to Facebook, it might still have your info or if you saved it to the cloud, but you don’t want to log in from Facebook, you want to log in to fb from the game itself.

If you saved your progress to the cloud they might be able to help you, but I think you are still got to know your id number. Or you might try sending a ticket to Rovno but they’ll probably ask you the same stuff I’d number, your screen name etc.

I answered this in your question about player id, you might try this turn off the WiFi, go into the game (make sure you swipe out of the game before going back in again),then go back out turn WiFi back on then go into the game go to something like the clans, then go out of it and everything might come back. This worked until the latest update made my device no longer compatible with the game.

I had to get a whole new device, I was using a Samsung and then had to buy an iPad Air 4, so that I wouldn’t have to worry about it be outdated.

It’s your id for the game, you need this when you ask rovio for help. One of the things that they’ll ask you is the player id among other things. My old tablet froze, this worked for a while, you turn off the WiFi on ur tablet go into the game when you are in the game, you will go out of it turn the WiFi back on and go into something like the clan section and go out of it and things might be back as normal. I think it’s kind of better than trying to reinstall the game (I had problems with this with epic). You might have to update your game or your device is outdated for the game. My Samsung wasn’t compatible with the app when I updated the game, I had to get an iPad Air 4, so that I can still play the game. Good luck.

I have the same problem still, it gets stuck in the logging in, my fiancé looked it up somewhere and it said to turn the Internet off on the device and go into the game then go out of it and turn the Internet back on and go into something like the clan and exit out and it should be back to normal which isn’t for my bird’s hat extra power and it takes a while for it to be back to normal. I hope they get the bugs fix, it’s a pain in the tail feathers. This happened in the last 2 updates.
