Still no sign of update. I’m feeling very disappointed! I’ve tweeted Rovio and Angry Birds but not a squawk of a reply so far.

@orangebubbles, I’ve just finished the Seasons winter update, it was good fun. I deleted AB2 and I don’t miss it at all.

@sutehh137, I’ve not played AB Space for a long time. I have it on my phone and it’s getting hard to see these games properly on an old iPhone! I’ll check it out though, thanks for suggestion.

@mvnla2. Hi, I do play some of the other AB games. I’m enjoying the Seasons winter update at the moment, a pleasant change from the awful sports updates which have plagued ABS recently.
I deleted the AB2 app from my iPad yesterday.

I’ve not been finding gifts in levels 8 or 9 recently. Sorry, not been keeping stats, but It seems to be since last update. Not been finding many gifts anywhere, actually. If they do appear, they’re in awkward place, eg under ledges.
On a happier note, a glitch has been giving me repeated gifts from a friend. I reckon I’ve had about 300 in the past week. Not complaining about that!

@mvnla2 I just played 8,9 and 13 once each and found a blue gift in 13. Since the gift fairy has been ignoring you today, I sent the gift to you. I hope it’s something nice.
My birds are all silver btw.

Thanks for heads up re level 13.
I’ve just played it 6 times. I found 2 blue and 1 red gift and they appeared in my first 4 attempts.

@mvnla2 Since I started paying attention to stats – 4 blue out of 9 attempts on 8.
I don’t play 8 and 9 repeatedly, just one try at a time. I’ll try to remember what happens with 8 and update the above stats.
I find that red gifts often appear in levels that I’m struggling with and I fail to collect them.

I find 8 quite fruitful, I’ve just collected a blue gift there, while 9 was empty. I play these two levels every time I play AB2, just to see if I can pick up gifts for myself or for friends.

Hi david007, I only played the tournament 2 or 3 times yesterday, so I don’t think I would have had a high aggregate score. I think there’s something fishy going on, lol!

Late yesterday I was in 11th place but came out top when I checked this morning. The people just above me had had only slightly higher scores, so can’t have been punished for cheating.
While it was nice to get the top prize, it makes me wonder what the point of competing more than once a day in the tournament would be. It really seems completely arbitrary.
Any response from Rovio yet, david007?

I’ve Only had a bird being spat into the next frame once so far, but I live in hope, @mvnla2.

@david007, I enjoyed having the king pig being spat around the place. One time the flower kept spitting stones at him, doing little bits of damage. Quite enjoyable to watch.

@waimea, Lol, I wasn’t raised with social media either and am as mystified about this problem as you. I have 4 Facebook friends who play the game and they just appeared automatically in my leaderboards, without me having to invite them.
One friend hasn’t appeared and invites haven’t worked for us either. I did wonder if there was an issue due to him playing the under Pigstruction version but another friend seems to be playing that version and we are linked ok.
I assume you allowed Angry Birds to access your Facebook account, since you can see your friends when you click invite.

I wish I could help! I hope a more techie person can shine a light on this.
