I have been playing AB Transformers for years now and really enjoy the game. It has had its share of glitches and bugs but most are not terrible and Rovio compensates is players for the problems.

The latest big I recently encountered involved Emergon Starscream. The targeting was off. Starscream’s firing was all over the place. If I was shooting at pigs in the right, the targeting system was firing in the opposite direction. Starscream’s firing itself was also intermittent. Stopping and starting at will. I lost lots of points and levels in the last challenge. At first I thought it was my iPad, so I opened the game on my phone and experienced the same issues.

Because of this, I had to upload the app again. Because I’m signed onto Angry Birds on Facebook I knew that my progress would be saved.

The issue seems to have resolved itself, for now. But when I logged back on to Facebook I lost all my 9,550,770 coins! All of my sparks, popped pigs, and gems are there. But all of my coins, except for the ones I’ve currently acquired, are gone! How can I get those back?

New Epic with old bugs! It seems Rovio can’t get their algorithms to count! This is an old problem with the Arena. When the challenge asks that you win 2 times when it’s the enemies turn, I never get credit for it! When it asks that I knock out 3 birds while attacking my banner, same problem! This has been going on for years.
Yeah, I can erase the remaining challenge and refresh with new ones but sometimes it’s too late and messes up my position in the leader board. WTF Rovio! Fix this!
Also, when using my emblems in the Arena, the odds/percentages don’t add up with how often my emblem should be effective. If I Resurrection emblem most time I get one revived bird out of every 8-9 times one is knocked out. Again…WTF Rovio!
On a more positive note, they have fixed the bug with FB and claiming the daily coin. I now DON’T have to log in each time to FB to claim it.

Part of my Daily Challenge in the Arena was to win 2 battles during the enemies turn. I won 4 during the enemies turn and still didn’t get credit for the wins. Not completing my challenges dropped me considerably in the Epic Arena leader board.
What makes me angry is that when you message Rovio, they try to blame your device as the possible problem. That is BS as I am using a newer device since the last time this exact thing happened 2 years ago. AND, they don’t do anything to try and compensate you for it.
And why is it the Daily Challenge requires you to win battles during the enemies turn, all of a sudden, instead of losing the coin toss 8-9 times out of 10, it becomes my turn more often than usual.
I also hate when I bring things to Rovio’s attention and they answer back with a response that not only insults my intelligence, but it’s often times patronizing.

Ditto for me as well! Also not getting set items even when golden pig machine is active. There are set items I’ve never even gotten in the years I’ve been playing and not sure if I ever will.
And tired of getting Red banners and flags, jeweled this, diamond that AND have most to them be 1 or 2 stars most of the time!

And what’s with the enemy starting 80-90% of the time?! I used to get a 50-50 chance of starting the game, not any more!

I have to say I don’t know. I’m still on using an earlier version. Not sure if one misses out on Map nodes or upgrades if one updates to 1.23.3.3

@ Jamairaquoi….I’m having the same problem with upgrading my Tops, Emblems, and Flags in the Arena if they are NOT a Set Item. If it’s a Set Item I can upgrade using my resources.

But if it’s a non-set item I am unable to increase it’s strength. This includes newly acquired items that are at higher levels with a 0 strength, leaving the older items stronger than the newer ones.

I was just able to use this a week or two ago and now can’t.

I reloaded Epic to see if that fixed the problem but it didn’t.

What’s going on here?

Anyone know about the latest update for Transformers? The version I’m showing is 1.24.0.
Haven’t downloaded it yet. Was looking for some feedback before I consider doing it.

At the moment, I am playing Ratchill Fixit.I’ve had no notices to update to the latest version….yet! I’m still currently operating on 1.22.4, not 1.22.4.3
With this latest version, do we lose the existing gems accumulated? Or are they just more difficult to get?

So just to confirm, once the the token exchange has expired there will be a forced new version that will eliminate the gems and make it even harder to get rareium?

I say boycott Rovio and not play anymore. This is the 2nd time they’ve done this with the lab.

You’re right,they did make those changes without saying anything to us the players. I think it might be a bug as SnTrooper as suggested.
Sometime else that happened is that for now reason, I lost 7 gems. Weird.

I’ll have to see if Rovio might help.

Thanks for your reply, but what you suggest doesn’t sound logical. Firstly, why would Angry Birds do that and not notify us that our energicons would lose their rating?
Also, there is only one problem with your theory/suggestion that I can upgrade energicons with gems. You can’t buy or change the status of an energicon. As you know, they are acquired when entering Professor Pig’s Lab.
I’ve never been able to upgrade energicons. If you know of a way to do that, I’d love to know how.
I’ve scoured the site and not found any way to do this.

Based on this amazing list and information you’ve provided, can I correctly assume that once an energonicon has been earned it, along with it’s rating, is permanent?

I am asking because only just today I noticed that an my Glassor ergenonicon with a 3 gold-star rating, which I’ve had for at least a year, has somehow been downgraded to 1 white star. How is this possible?

None of my other energonicons has done this that I can tell. Admittedly, Glassor is my energonicon of choice and, very rarely, do I use any others.

Because you seem to have an extensive knowledge of these things, are you able to shed some light on this?

I’ve been having crashing problems on my iPad for months now. Whenever I enter a Bird Arena Tournament battle. I have plenty of memory in order for my app to work properly. With only 3 turns per challenge, very often the game crashes 3 times before I even have a chance to finish even one battle.
Therefore, using up all of my turns and no opportunity to meet any of my Daily Objectives. I either have to use my lucky coins to keep playing or wait 12 hours. This has been going on for months. I wouldn’t mind it crashing if I didn’t lose a turn when it happens.
At first I thought maybe my app hadn’t downloaded properly so I would delete the app and download it again. I didn’t lose anything because I was signed into my Rovio account. This did not solve the problem. I’ve done this at least 4 times with no real improvement. If you do this, make sure you’re signed into your Rovio account. Otherwise, you will lose everything and have to start all over again. And all purchases, levels, bird classes, potions, coins, snoutlings, and friendship essence are lost forever.
I’m ready to trash the Angry Birds apps. This also happens with Angry Birds 2 and Angry Birds Transformers, though not quite as often. None of my other game apps crash so i know the issue is with AB.
I also don’t get my daily lucky coin for signing in with FaceBook. This, too has been going on for months. Actually, almost a year.

I’m in agreement that some sort of compensation is warranted for all of the lost recesses in this conversion. I had 11 rareium, over 57 each of Birdiums, Autocogs, and Decepigears. I had 35 Anger chips and Bad Processors, along with 46 Pig Iron’s. All the time, effort, coins and pop pigs spent on this! What gave them the right to make these changes without so much as a head’s up. Why? Because they knew we the PLAYERS would object.
They are slowly losing me as a player. Not just on here, but with EPIC and Star Wars as well.

I have been experiencing weird things with Transformers with missing coins. After playing and get my rewards in the way of coins and pigs, I don’t get them. After I play game with a fully energised pig, and thank the Transformer that helped me with the game, the screen switches to Piggy Island. When that happens, reward coins rise up to be added to my total. With many games that is not happening anymore. Instead, the Transformer I just used appears with its energy level low. That tells me that it was used in a game but I got no reward. And that is frustrating not only because I don’t get my reward, but I have to pay to re-energize my Transformer.
i’m considering deleting Transformers and to playing anymore. I don’t like being cheated.
