    Now at 5+ hours and counting. Can’t get in on either my Android phone or my iPad. By the time I finally get in tomorrow, I’ll probably be 100 or so points behind.

    Are they trying to give us another reason to give up on the Arena?

    @chucky-2 @mg516 @hank I so agree that the arena is absolutely impossible today. I don’t mind working hard to win but this is ridiculous.

    @james-simon I don’t sync them. I play them separately. :-) Are you sure you’re logged into FB on both devices? If not, do so and see what happens. Good luck!

    @maiasatara @heybert17 I didn’t see the last room at all on my Android but finally after many, many tries I got there and beat the dang pig on my iPad. I did have to spend 60 gems to get more birds, but that was ok for me.

    If it makes you feel any better, all my birds are 7 & 8 on both devices. My Android is close to having a level 9, but if I make it there tomorrow, I’ll still have 3 who are only 7. :-)

    I agree that Terrance has become almost worthless. It’s too bad.

    I am finally back in on both my iPad and my phone. It only took 2 hours after the tournament ended. For now I’m in 1st on both devices but we’ll see if that changes rapidly.

    @klm13 I’m with you on this one. I happened to have the game open when the last tournament ended 90 minutes ago. I have not been able to get to the arena since. Every time I try, I get a “Connection error” message. Since I know it’s not my internet, it’s an issue on the Rovio side. This does happen every single week. :-(

    @morlando2000 You have to use a FB account to add friends otherwise it won’t help you in the game. Many of us have created alter-ego names to use for playing games.

    @huggie I haven’t had a response yet. I can tell you that I’m very, very frustrated because I was doing so well until the crashes started. I will be one very upset player if I don’t get my Elite Pirate. That will probably be the last straw and I’ll pretty much give up on my AB games. I’ve been close to it for a while due to all the issues with the apps.

    @cathedral I’m very glad I had screenshots of my progress to send to Rovio. I uninstalled and reinstalled Epic this morning with no changes. :-?

    I’ve had a similar issue with crashing but with one HUGE difference. In the event it has started me at the first round again. I have all my previously won objects like hats and balloons but I cant play the rounds I need. Also, it has lost all my progress on the leaderboard. I’m sooo frustrated as mine has been crashing over and over during the game, not at start. So I’ve lost lots of my winnings along the way. I’ve been reporting the crashes but I guess it’s time to contact Rovio again.

    This makes playing the game so much less fun.

    Has anyone else noticed that there’s something off on the leaderboards? I got a very late start due to travel and inconsistent internet availability. Right now I’m in 8th place. On the main info page with the event portal, rewards and leader timeline, it shows I have one star. If I check the Leaderboards page, it shows me as receiving 2 stars. Which one is correct?

    Looks like another Christmas event with issues. :-(

    @mrslove did you ever get this resolved? I’m having a similar issue although I can’t get to my old FB account to uninstall AB2. This is happening for me on my Android phone.

    I’m able to login to FB using the FB app or Chrome and if I look at my FB account on FB, it says that I’m connected to my new FB account, not the old one.

    When I go into AB2 and click on connect I just get that darned error “Failed to connect” with no more info. This happens even if I get the main login to FB window or not. Most of the time it just tries to connect in the background then gives me the error error.

    I have tried logging out of FB in every way, removing the FB account from my Android settings, turning off the phone and turning it back on, clearing my cache, and almost anything else I could think of.

    Did you ever hear back from Rovio? I really, really don’t want to lose my progress as I’m on Level 360. I already lost all my Fight! progress due to the loss of my account. :-(

    Hopefully all of you have gone to rovio.com/support and submitted a report. If not, go ahead and do it! They can’t fix what they don’t know is happening.

    I’m having the same issue but only on my Android phone. My iPad is fine.

    @infected-garito GC stands for Game Center which you may use on other apps to play games and get rewards. In most (if not all) of the Angry Birds games they have switched to using Facebook. So if you have a current FB account, you can use that, but most of us have created FB gaming accounts. My regular friends don’t need to be bombarded by all my AB info.

    Once you’ve created a gaming FB account, then post in here that you’re looking for FB friends and have people message you privately so you can add them. Good luck!

    @dmsral If the player has not logged into Facebook then they will show as something along the lines of Red #XXXXX I have noticed that when I play the arena before I play the main area.

    I gave up on this late last weekend when I got busy with work. The few times I’ve tried to play this week, I’ve had freezes – sometimes two out of three rounds. I haven’t had time this week to contact Rovio. As I’ve mentioned, I do this for fun, not to work doing troubleshooting. I’m not going to get to the reward on either my Android or my iPad and despite being a passionate player, the issues with Sonic Dash have really put cold water on my love of Epic.

    @ryogokusama You can go to rovio.com and click on support. You’ll be able to submit a ticket from there. If you do report them, they often will clear them out pretty quickly.

    @whyvez @lionhg Thank you to both for posting. You saved the forum from a rant. ? I can’t believe how many people are complaining about a character that we all have to use. My words of advice to the others are: Put on your big boy pants!!

    @pam-jonery Go to rovio.com and click on support. You will have to jump through a few hoops but you’ll get to a point where you can submit a ticket.

    @tigerussell I have found Sonic to be useful by using Bomb – Pirate and Chuck – Lightning Bird with him. I use Sonic first to put a bomb over the opponent with the highest value and then every time I hit that opponent, every opponent takes a hit. Works well for me but YMMV.

    @pam-jonery I have had freezes on both my iPad and my Android phone In the last 30 minutes. On my phone I lost 14 stamina points and the iPad I lost 7. Looks like yet another email to Rovio support is in order.

    Always glad to see I’m not alone with the issue. Misery does love company. ?
