You guys say that being in #1 in Diamond league, no matter how long or short it may be, is enough to trigger the “Arena Master” achievement?
I was in 1st place for a bit… but the achievement didn’t trigger.

I’m also missing the “Silver Star” achievement for some reason.

Any help?

OK, this is just ridiculous. My 3,000 point objective for today is “knock out Bomb with Matilda 5 times” I’ve played 15 battles so far with no Bomb appearance.

I am on iOS but there are achievements on Game Center, 37 in total.

@smwforever45 good job you weren’t on my board, the lowest score was 49k. 1st 156895, 2nd 138825, 3rd 84545. I came in 4th with 73985 it was a very competitive board and hope this week is going to be more relaxed.

@pixelyzed well done for getting back in Diamond again.

@smwforever45 You have to finish with the 1st place in Diamond league at the end of a week to get that achievement.

@suzyq Thanks! And this time I get to fight in it ;) Last time, the season ended as I graduated to Diamond, this time I’m fighting in it. Second right now with 8145 points. I think I never made that many points on the first day.

First is just a few hundred ahead. Last week, first had 130000+ points withing 20 minutes of starting first day. I openend a ticket and Rovio did nothing. That cheater almost cost me 3rd place in Platinum last week… But anyway, I’m in a league that seems more balanced this week.

I asked before (it was in the “Special Reward for winning Diamond League” topic) but people told me I didn’t have to finish in 1st, just make it to 1st place at some point?
I’m getting confused… If it really involves finishing a week in 1st place I need those other classes first. I always miss an objective somewhere because I get Skulkers or Sea Dog smashed at me.

I can only comment on Google Play achievements, but what you are saying @smwforever45 is correct in my case. I simply had to be leading Diamond at some point to unlock the Arena Master achievement.

@smwforever45 I notice Loosifer on your board. He was also on mine. I am so sick of ghosts. I have no idea which of ours was real if either. If he was in mine he stopped Abrams from achieving 3 stars and since he also held third place in my league, if he was in yours he prevented my 4th place from achieving 3 stars.

This really is a backward step Rovio. You did stop this nonsense a while back. Why reintroduce it?

For three consecutive weeks I have had ghosts in my league.

@smwforever45 @pointless once upon a time it used to be that you only had to reach the first place to get the achievement but it doesn’t work like that anymore. Now you have to actually finish the week in first place to get it and it is like that on both Android and iOS. Rovio probably thought that just getting to first place was too easy.

@smwforever45 yes indeed it is me. I’m sorry I didn’t answer before as I didn’t see your posts until now. As my new objectives appear at 11pm, I usually just do them straight away and call it a night and concentrate on the Arena the next day. When I open a new board I always look at the names, when I looked last night your name wasn’t on it, so it was a surprise this morning to see you there. I was going to post this morning to ask if it was you as you aren’t showing a photo. Looking at the board I’m 11th now as other had played after I closed the Arena for the night.

@angryde yay ‘grats! I finally made it to diamond too. I was beginning to wonder if I was going to make it this season. I finished 3rd with a few thousand lead from 4th. My board wasn’t very competitive last week but the week before that it was crazy. I did well to come in the top 10. Now I just gotta ride it out the next few weeks =)

Yeah. I too am expecting a relegation position. Somewhere around #7-#8. Maybe higher if I’m lucky, or lower if I’m unlucky and the 13 other competing people all keep playing.

You can get tons of points in the x2 arena points event. Its this week right?
The higher your league the less daily points matter :)

No, @datguygamer, I’ve made it to diamond every season EXCEPT the first :-( where I only managed to reach gold…

And I did NOT expect to land in/on such an easy board… my first week in diamond!

But, I’m not complaining :-D
