Ever since the Version 1.2.4 and the 1.2.5 update, my birds and the opponent’s birds won’t revive after 3 turns in the arena battles. So basically, if I don’t start the game, I will almost always lose. Also a couple of times, an opponent knocked out my last bird but my vengeful banner knocked out their last bird and essentially the game was at a standstill since no birds would revive and I ended up having to force a loss. Anyone else come across this issue and know of a solution?

My arena goals did not reset at the end of the last league. I had to wait until 5 hours into the new league before new goals were activated. The whole time the old fulfilled objectives were on the board.

@2greeneyes, that’s what I’m experiencing. When I play an unranked battle, it works properly. But ranked battles, if a KO happens, they are knocked out for the rest of the battle.

This morning in the arena I knocked the AI’s banner down and it continued to play against me with no banner. I then continued to play hoping it would eventually concede but alas it just wore me down until I lost. Anyone else had this happen to them?

@larry This happened with me when Vengeful activated. An enemy red was like the Chuck in the picture, except it had a pig-target rather than a Red symbol. And it looked like it was alive. One time a Capt’n slaugthered the Chuck of the same team, and it had the buff, and looked like it was still alive, but there was a revival bar above him.

Got a response from rovio on the double chili attack.

We’ve received some reports of opponent’s being able to use the Chili twice in one turn, but we haven’t seen it ourselves yet. We will need some additional information to figure how exactly it’s happening. If you see it again, please send us some screenshots of the battle.

If anyone else gets this, make a screendump immediately and try to remember the opponent name. Any other details will probably be welcome as well (which birds did the rage attack, who started, etc.). If you collect this info, send it to Rovio through a support request.

l’objectif apparait de cette façon : “Gagner des combats d’arène et mettez KO (value_!) oiseaux avec une seule attaque 2 fois”.

Donc j’ai bien tenter de tuer 1 oiseau en un seul coup, puis 2 oiseaux en un seul coup mais rien ne se valide…

J’aimerai comprendre et arrêter de prendre du retard à cause d’une quête incompréhensible, chose qui doit faire bien plaisir aux autres joueurs puisque je perd systématiquement 3000 points.

Et dans le cas où le but de cette quêtes est de tuer 3 oiseaux d’un seul coup, je trouve ça complètement abusé.

@lefil I think the objective you are getting is to kill [number of birds] with one attack [number of times]. If that is the case you have to use a multi-attack (like Bomb’s chili attack) to kill them all in a single attack, and you have to do it [number of times]. Visit this thread or this thread for more info about that.

If the game is not showing how many birds you have to kill then that is indeed a bug, however from experience and by the level of objective (3000 point) I think it is suppose to be 3 birds in one attack.

@lefil Think everyone’s had the line up with just knight and green banner, which you can take out with rage chili bomb attack (bird and banner). And because I played battles 5-6 hrs in a row got that line up twice. Not 100% sure but saw checkmark after that battle.

The other way I got the check mark, was at the end of the battle, knocking out all the birds with chili rage bomb attack and also knocking down the banner in the same turn, bit more difficult if your playing for it, but I noticed that because it just happened during battle grinding session.

So goal is to knock out three birds including banner in one attack of the battle turn. For example rage chili attack with bomb.

So the problem I had with the notification center showing has not resolved yet. Contacted rovio, did everything they told me to do and nothing works. Anybody else have this? I’m missing on loads of FE…

@lefil This objective is supposedly a really hard one, second only to using a class/headgear (for ease of translation) that you don’t even have. You need to KO 3 birds all with one attack to fill the counter up by 1. Bomb’s rage attack is good for this. If you don’t use him, use all chain classes or set bonuses that allow you to do so. Fortunately, it does not have any versions requiring you to do it 5 times. I believe that if you do it TWICE in one battle, it will count up twice, just like with objectives where you have to KO a certain bird of KO them with a rage attack.

Rovio got back to me about the KO and not reviving bug. They say they have reproduced it and have a fix that will come out with the next update. Which I hope is soon since it really makes it hard to play the arena, and makes some objectives impossible.

@larry — Got pounded with a double chilli attack just now. I have screen shots of the aftermath but I don’t know what Rovio is looking for exactly. I don’t remember the opponent name but it was Red first followed immediately by chuck. I’ll put the caps in my album.

1) Go to your profile -> Album
2) Choose “Upload picture”
3) Find your picture on your computer/device and upload it (make sure visibility is set to Public).
4) Add a description about your picture if you want and save (make sure “Picture activity and comments” is set to Enable and visibility is set to Public).
