No hard times, 3,000 miles a year, doesn’t warrant two Mercs or the petrol guzzling Porsche. A very nice VW GTI saves us two to three thousand a year!
Enough for a lot more holidays, once my other knee has been done, and The Bunny Man recovers from his op (it was worse than we thought, but on the mend now)
And, yes, the house has failed to sell…

One week till the Porsche goes (it’s far too expensive for 3,000 miles per year, leasing a VW Golf instead) and an overheating engine sensor goes ballistic

Brian, we live by a school (no comment on women drivers) but the catchment area must be a mile. The only people people who actually walk the kids to school are the grand parents
