HRM1804@hrm1804Guy….I too lost everything and had spent money. I think having to be connected to Facebook to have a backup is reprehensible. If you can prove you made these purchases..ie like I did…I bought them through Amazon. Send this information to Rovio customer support and make them aware of what happened. They eventually will send you codes to enter to get your “stuff” back. You will be starting over but at least you won’t have lost money. Connect to stupid Facebook before you play under a dummy account or chances are it will happen to you again. Hope this helps.
HRM1804@hrm1804Guess it’s Rovios usual BS…trying to sucker us to spend more. I was top last night..all day today…and in two hours this other person surged ahead 300 + pumpkins? Really?..yeah right. Either have codes or this is rigged worse than a cheapo Vegas slot machine. By the way…if you have actually been dumb enough to purchase Jems…ie..stupid me…and been booted..reset..lost everything and started over…again me…..If you can get a screenshot of your purchases..like with Amazon…they will give you codes to enter to get your shit back. Won’t restore where you were..but is something. This company is a ripoff.
HRM1804@hrm1804At one time I had 8 million 300 thousand coins…60k+ pig’s and 700 or so Jens…it threw me back to the very beginning. I started over. This time I was at level 5 and 6 on characters…and just playing along it started me all over again. I just deleted the game. I am done. Nothing has been done to fix any of these issues or reimburse me for losses. Pathetic of Rovio.

HRM1804@hrm1804I am a PCB designer and test software for my company. With this “upgrade” I could play again…FINALLY!!!!!!!but while just now playing I ended up BACK AT the Beginning with absolutely no warning..no update….just playing. I went from 8+ million…60+ thousand pig’s..400something gems to starting over from the very beginning. Too bad there isn’t some way to sue this schlock software (and I use this term very loosely) company.
HRM1804@hrm1804I pretty much have given up. I am disgusted with the newest update. After working all that time to get higher amounts of storage in higher silos they arbitrarily changed the rules again. Silo 15 is now back to low numbers of items that can be stored. I had 25 rarium…now am back to 5. I am sick of them changing the game play all over the place and in doing that introducing a bunch of new bugs each time. If the game was made better it might be bearable but unfortunately they have succeeded in making it worse each time. And on that note…speaking of bugs….
At first I would be booted from the game whenever playing particular ads..LG, Annie and a couple others….sometimes I could get right back in…sometimes not at all. It progressed from that to sometimes I could play for hours…sometimes couldn’t even start the game…splash screen for a few seconds and then booted. Before this last crap update I could play by not having Wi-Fi on…couldn’t get double points but could play. With Wi-Fi on it was splash screen and an immediate boot from the game. I once worked for a company who developed a game that was voted “worst game ever”….I think this award should be given to Rovio for ABT.
It is obvious Rovio isn’t interested in user problems and complaints….only in making more millions. It’s sad that a company who gave us Angry Birds has devolved into putting out junk software like ABT!!!
HRM1804@hrm1804Their (Rovios) new update auto installed and the game became unplayable. I got the “update” to load finally…miraculously without losing anything and not being connected to Facebook. Since then however I can sometimes play..sometimes not. Played last night for about an hour…got booted out and couldn’t get back in (shows splash screen..then game opening for a few seconds..then thrown out). Couldn’t play this AM but was fine for an hour or so this afternoon…then the same old crap. I find Rovios lack of bug testing and the deplorable amount of glitches reprehensible. They at least could pretend to care and fix the problems. I HAVE spent money (unfortunately) on the game but will never do so again. They seem to be typical of big businesses now. They are greedy for the money but produce a sub-standard product in return.
