Rovio must try harder to purge cheaters. The presence of cheaters with 644 flock power in clan events is insulting to those who pay real money into the game. This is not funny @hank.

Hi Yue,
I play at Shiggy´s clan.
Had an awesome Bootcamp score this morning, 60mm plus.
I do not even have max powers.
Was very excited.
Now I have been banned, with no explanations.
Do not hack, glitch or use two devices!
You know me, are letting this happen?

You guys have lost a massive amount of credibility. I’ve heard from quite a number of players who – if they are to be believed – have never cheated and yet are banned. This sounds plausible – I was not at max flock power – but I also never paid any money to play. I only played the free entry in the ME bootcamp (and never finished in the top 100) I did not buy the daily gem letter or purchase any of the holiday offers.

@hank: how do you justify banning players for your incompetence to fix exploits and bugs? What you say is not correct. I did not violate the rules, yet I am still banned. When I asked why I was told they would not give me details (they attached Section 3) and they would not respond to me anymore. The flock power issue was fixed yesterday. But all new card ranks are still “bronze” and only named “legendary” – @hank: is this a new card tier designed for endgame? Not really meant to actually change in colors our rank?

Since the update my iPhone goes into “pause screen” and shows the advertisement in the middle of the game for no particular reason. Most of the time it happens, when I try to chose my bird(s). Does anyone else have this issue?

This topic is quite old, but I feel the need to say something.
@hank stated clearly, that there is now difference between chest that we buy or win. I opened quite some legendary chests by now. NEVER have I received or seen 100 Pearls (common card) in a chest that I bought. But with the clan rewards I would say, I won about 15-20 legendary chests.…[Read more]

The Arena has become a real PITA lately. For a long time I have not lost one match, but nowadays I score 5 Stars with all spells and free birds. Well done Rovio.

@Hank Since installing iOS 11.0.2 iPad mini 2 crashes at the battle screen in the arena. It will not go past searching for open opponent. The screen just locks at that point and if you restart  you lose a ticket but you don’t lose streak progress.

Surely this has to be up there as one of the top most hated / difficult / unreasonable Boss rooms. Gesus, my new account was locked again!! With little 3521 gems and 9030 pearls which are earned in clan play and daily collection. I did get more gifts today sending from other account but, no, this account is clean with no glitch applied.
