Dear Santa,

All I want for Christmas is a few motivated active players. For the past year, we’ve had ups and downs, but our core has played fiercely, remaining supportive and upbeat. We have stabilized at 17 players, recording solid wins in our last 3 battles. Our losses have come from inactives, almost always.

We ask for min fp of 100, and that everyone play in CVC battles. Inactives are kicked promptly. We know people have lives, so if anyone wants to take a break for any reason (vacation, work or family demands, or just need a time out), they can let us know and leave the clan. @kakariki, sorry, just saw this. Some people have urgent work deadlines, and don’t want to be distracted by the game. Or combination of work stress and family commitments makes it difficult to take time to play in battle. That’s what some have said. We don’t judge them.

We do have some amazing members, people who played through the big Texas snowstorm without power, heat or water. People have asked to be kicked because they were in hospital with serious injuries. Our motto is “have fun, fight hard” and most of us do!

CVC = Clan versus clan. Clan battles are part of AB2. Participation is the only requirement in our clan. We would like members to play in the other clan events, but they’re not required.

I’m birdbrain, leader of clan Equinox, founded one year ago! It’s been a while since I posted on this thread. We’ve gone through a lot of changes in the past few months, expanding to 45 players, then contracting to our present 19 (with one player out on vacation).

With 19, we are a Diamond level clan. We are open, ask for a minimum fp of 100, and require participation in all CVC battles. There are no other mins required. In the clan, all members show up for every battle, and our current lowest ranking member has 673fp.

If team members don’t play in battle, they will be kicked unless they have a very good excuse. People who know they will be away can leave the clan and return when they come back.

We are friendly and supportive, passing along info and tips for improved scores. Our clan motto is “have fun, fight hard”. We expect to lose some battles, but win more. For us winning is not life and death, we know people have other demands on their time. Stop by any time and see for yourselves.

We are 25 active players who have had 100% participation (with one exception) since November. The one exception was during the winter storm which shut major parts of Texas down, and people were without water, heat or power. One person couldn’t call in.
