I finally downloaded and it worked I had to unmount SD and reboot. I have done 6 upgrades since 2:30 am this morning (all good) THANK YOU ROVIO.

@eugene-alex I have same problems you are listing. I’m on galaxy4 tablet/android only one device.
What has it been 9-10days now. I’m stuck on lev 293 bots are at 10-15.
Rovio said server’s will come up with a fix. Boy I just can’t wait.

@dawni-criswell I did follow your instructions(thank you by the way) I’m able to play the game in SSSSSSSLOW motion. I can’t upgrade any bots !!!!!Dark Megatron is stuck in upgrade loop!!!!! I can play nodes, claim gems and other items maybe I should just harvest for now and hope for a fix. (sad face)

Is this after a reinstall? When I turn off WiFi now with game loaded already I get a error message. Download failed please check your Internet connection and try again. When I uninstall and reinstall the game starts all over until I rescue Lockdown then the message comes up you can play with a buddy. Should I not connect with fb and just continue playing? Will numbers come back from original game then

At the time of the up date I had 2 missions in progress and was also up grading Dark Megatron. Now the game crashes shortly after the splash. I CAN NOT PLAY MY GAME. Please stomp this bug out.

I won a gold dome event with regular Optimus in pig city 30,000 after doubler video and I got the achievement. Now I need 50,000 to win achievement again (sad face).

@teentweety I had the game crash during Up date. Google play would not let me install up date. Error message stated that I didn’t have enough storage on sd or usb. I had enough storage any way google told me to uninstall google play and reinstall. It worked,I was then allowed to download.
At first it looked like I had to start the game all over. (Sad face) so I fired up the game and played about 4 nodes when I saw Jenga mode and my rank went back to 186. I don’t know if this would work for you but I would contact google they helped me. “Good luck”

@mighty-red thank you so very much for your help. It was a Google play problem I had to uninstall and reinstall gp. After several emails (I’m back) got it straightened out. So glad I have my game back lvl 187.

Yes I did reboot I also downloaded a new game @ google play and it worked. So should I email google or Rovio where to start hmmm.

I clear cached the data for all my apps.
All this GB MR KB Is new to me
Do I have enough storage?

I have tried to move abt to SD Card that did not work (sad face).I’m on lvl 182 I had a few problems after the last up date but nothing any different than any 1 else was experiencing. Doesn’t everybody (ios) get up dates at the same time. Has any 1
