No problem @crater don’t know if I’m allowed to put a link in so will just type the address http://www.rovio.com/support. When you open the support page look at the top right hand corner, you will see a tab for “submit a request” click on that and a new page will open. Just fill in all the boxes and submit.

Shortly after submitting my request I got an e-mail back confirming they had received my request along with a reference number.

There is a bug with Witch’s Sinister Smite that occurs when fighting a very powerful enemy. I used her today in the Bottomless cave which has a very large brute in the final wave. After repeated attacks from Witch, the icon for the brute disappeared. All that was left was his health bar and the countdown bar. Unfortunately, I couldn’t attack him with any of my birds. Even more unfortunately, he only had one turn left to go to attack, so he took out Matilda after reappearing. I was able to dismiss him on my next turn, but rather irritating.
I’ve seen WizPig disappear in SRC on autoplay, which may explain why autoplay doesn’t attack all the time when he could be gotten rid of.

I don’t know if this is a bug or a glitch but annoying either way. Every time I get a free roll on my friends machine I can’t take it. If I try the screen goes dark and I can only force quit the game. This is a new problem. Until yesterday I could take free rolls. Not now. I have rebooted etc. Still remains. Any suggestions?

@roviohuzz — The Epic FB bug hasn’t been fixed; in fact it’s worse than before. I still have to log into FB every time I enter the game, and what is worse is that the calendar shows that I’m logged in, but I don’t get the LC, and when I go to the nest, it says I’m not logged in.

This bug can be fun too, making them shrink to nigh-on invisible then exploding once defeated. I can’t recall ever getting an enemy to shrink as far as yours, maybe your damage dealt is less (using Death + Doom at 10 enchant with Level 9 Witch for mine)?

Hello I’m currently having two issues. First is an issue in which all the bird classes I’ve unlocked since the update have an error with their mastery, they display a mastery rank of 18 and show as being capped on mastery points. The second is when facing any form of ninja pig, the game always freezes when ever a bird tries to attack them.

Tried to play last night and was forced to update first. Now I cannot get into the game. It freezes part way through downloading assets. Any ideas?

Got the new blues class today. But the dojo still says there is no class to upgrade. If I restart the game sometimes there is showing up the 1.000 mastery option for 75 LC. But never there is the “normal” mastery option for the new class. Don’t know if it’s a bug or just another trap Rovio inserted to force us to spend LC. I’ve more than enough snoutlings to level up the new class, but no way to use them.

The last gate is closed for another 33hours (as of now) so there is no way to unlock the new class unless you cheated somehow… you can’t even buy it with LCs yet (just saying, before someone says otherwise).

So unless you have a good explanation, I smell some cheating here, and if that’s the case I honestly find quite amusing how you’re angry about something not working, that you shouldn’t even have yet.

I don’t think you’re supposed to be able to get the class yet considering the next gate is locked off and thus you cannot get all 20 of the Gold Arrows.

Has anyone spun any of the new banner set items on the AGPM during the latest 5x event? It seems implausible to me that I would get 25 or so old set items and no new ones. Statistically the mix should be more event. I’m wondering if the AGPM machine is broken and not giving out any new set items.

Statistically, the likelihood of spinning 25 old set items and 0 new set items is 7E-6, or about 1 chance in 100,000. I suspect the AGPM is broken.

@jamairoqui same here. I just keep getting the same stuff when and if I even get a set item, which seems to be about every 15 rolls, even during the 5x event. During the last 5x event, I think I rolled about 12-15 rolls and got nothing, so I gave up. I have not gotten any of the new set items other than what I got from the daily calendar.

@mcmellll There is something wrong with the AGPM. It doesn’t give out the new set items. I submitted a support request to Rovio. In about two weeks I guess I’ll hear back and they’ll say “Well, you’re just unlucky.” But I don’t think so. To get some set items but no new ones, especially with a sample size of 25, is so unlikely if the AGPM is fair (in the sense there is equal likelihood of getting any set item) that you can’t ignore it. If I had gotten even one or two new set items, I could think that was improbable but possible.

I can deal with the frustration of the Arena and everything else, but when something that costs real money is broken, that’s bad.

@jamairoqui — I just did 5 of the 5+1 spins on the APGM during the 5x event and I got “Blowing Masamune”, which I gather lots of people would kill for. I also got a decent amount of the older set items.

I tried the 5+1 3x because for some reason I’ve never tried that and then I did 2 regular spins to finish filling my Rainbow bar… I got 3 set items- all stuff that I already have and get on a regular basis- dragontooth, honey spoon and chronometer… Plus at least 5 bottomless bags and 5 tiny Suzannes for Matilda… Trashed everything. What. A. Waste.

@mvnla2 I was speaking specifically about the Arena Golden Pig. I didn’t spin the regular Golden Pig. Look, it’s embarrassing how many spins I had, but it was a lot. Enough that the probability I should have gotten at least one new set item was nearly 1.0. Put another way, there was less chance I would get no new set items than there was I would win Powerball on a single ticket.

After discovering that about the AGPM, I didn’t want to risk any more LCs on the regular GPM. Besides, I’m not really convinced the Masumune set is all that great. But I *really* wanted a Valiant banner.

@mcmellll I shoulda stopped when it was clear the machine was broken. One payment of 25 LCs gave me 5 set items, all old (Blazing Eye, Sinister Cloth, Mighty Head, etc.). It was impressive, and utterly useless.
