Sorry I missed your visit to this thread, Hank. I am reporting again that I am still not getting any Gems from the small Treasure Chests, as I have said several times, and paid the premium for this feature.

I wish I could say the same as CaptSternn and some others posting on this. I am still NOT receiving any Gems from the small chests. And as I have posted several times now, that is a premium for which I paid. I’m glad the others posting are starting see the gems return. After the Christmas update my Game would freeze at the end of a DC or KPP round, then resume and continue with no further discontinuity. After the Valentine’s download, I have experienced no problems. AB2 App is stable in each of the games: DC/KPP, Arena, Trail. I still am not, however, receiving gifts from the small treasure boxes. I like the Blizzard Spell. It is often more useful to me than not.

I am still not getting any gems in the small treasure boxes, and I paid a premium to receive them every 15 minutes. Surely would like to see them again.

Many were affected and some weren’t. No clue about it, except it is really annoying when it happens. Edited to say, congrats on your Tourney win!

It was explained last spring that each of our icons are placed in many Tourneys, but the only one that counts for us is the one in which we see ourselves. A player may be ‘single starred’ in one Tourney and continue to play and score in the Tourney that (s)he can see. I have the same version of the Game as you, Captain. I was in the Arena when the Tourney ended and received my gems and BPs promptly.

Since the Valentine update/download, the Gems from the small Treasure Chests which, btw, I bought a package to receive Gems from every 15 minutes, have once again stopped delivering. My only Gems are again coming from Gifts, as they did for some time, from the preceding major update/download.

The sync between the 2 devices on the same O.S is different than syncing between two devices on different O.S.
