I’m wondering how many players are having this experience. A Round in the Current Clan Game is paid for, the Clan Game played and is completed. The Game announces the points just gained for your Clan Team. But before you are able to return to the Scoring Board, the new Matilda Connection Graphic suddenly appears advising you to go back. Selecting Back propels you out of the Clan before your Score is posted. You are now back in the Nest. Upon re-entering the Clan you discover that your Score is not posted on the Score Board, the Gems you spent to play the Game plus any Gems spent in the Game are gone from your Gem Bank.

I am hearing an increasing number of complaints about this, and it has happened to me 2 or 3 times now. Where is programming support to quickly correct this? Why would players want to keep playing in the Clans when this can be their experience at any moment?
