@Rawdatasystems on this we agree.  It is a shame because when they aren’t crapping on the user experience, the app is a fun diversion from normal life stress.  They could use a good bootcamp in customer service.

@rawdatasystem Ok I did read that now. However there are several other stories right there proving my point so I stand by it.  Rovio is dishonest and the banning system is broken.

Don’t keep reinstalling unless you are documenting it well with Rovio or they will ban you and accuse you of cheating.  They are completely unethical when it comes to that.

If you didn’t already, go to wherever you downloaded their app and give them a bad review. Maybe if we all start spreading their thievery around the internet, they will be forced to operate with integrity.  And don’t give them another cent until they do.

Rovio doesn’t care. They will probably ban those of you who got lucky and had all of your spells turn into ME.  I’d stop playing TOF.

This seems to happen a lot.  Innocent players get banned. If there is no payment history, Rovio won’t even respond.  They won’t respond to you either even though you’ve gotten screwed out of battle winnings by their banning of your leaders.  They are very happy to take your money but not willing to provide the services they advertise. My advice is to find a different game.

This person didn’t say they were a cheater. They said they got banned. There are many stories of clean players getting unfairly banned.  Rovio isn’t particularly interested in helping.  They want to keep your money.
