@amslimfordy You are right, but the ABN videos are very outdated. Some of them (and there are lots of works of yours :)) were made more than a year ago: in March’14, in April’14. E. g.: the first Chronicle Cave level was published on May 7.
I have started playing Epic about August’30 or so, and in the end of September I have entered the Caves; my gear was very weak, so I started watching the walkthroughs.
The levels’ guides were outdated even in September. I remember that I was stuck in the first cave, when three shaman-like pigs (I don’t know exact names: I’m not playing the English version) with 2109 hitpoints each exterminated any of my birds in two turns. And the guide on ABN contained them not: there were little pygmies or so.
I think the walkthroughs need to be updated, because lots of them are even showing wrong pigs’ layouts, but it will be a very long and hard work: the author must register a new account, play through all the levels…
P. S. By the way, some levels don’t even have a video: caves 10–13, levels 1–9 in caves 14 & 15.

@killerkea For the 15th level I used the layout @kerravon told (I used some Burning Veggie Cakes with The Blues to stun some of the enemies) (it gave me 2 stars), but for the Castle I used the layout of yours. The Castle is pretty easy and profitable: 3 stars, 10 LC, hundreds of Snoutlings. I’ll upload the pictures of the waves in my album soon.

By the way, I finished grinding the resources for Stone Guard and now have him at level 2; should I buy the Stone Guard offer or use my LC for something else? I haven’t even got Golden Chilli yet (I want to buy it with a discount). I have 90 LC at the moment.

My birds can’t survive even the first battle of it (all other 14 levels are 3-starred). I used any birds’ combos I thought about.

Hello.
Maybe someone else has posted this before me, I don’t know.
After the last update the defensive abilities of «Rainbird» and «Princess» were nerfed. When a pig imposes an anti-healing effect on my bird (such as «reducing by 50/100%» or «redirecting to a pig»), the bird is first healed, then cleansed, so the effect is applied to the amount of healing (e. g. the bird is healed by 400 instead of 800).
I’ve made some pictures of it:
Chuck’s and Matilda’s failed healing.
Here you can see that my «Princess» has 665 healing; (665 / 4 * 5) / 2 is approximately 416 (like on the second picture).
Is it a bug or by design?

Today I’ve rolled 13 times — no set items.
A week ago I rolled ~12 times — nothing.
Two weeks ago — ~12 times — a single set item that I already have.
All the rolls are made only when RR is present.
Perhaps I should not spend my LC on GPM at all.
Today was probably the last day when you can see me rolling GPM.

Today I spent my 39 LC on Rainbow Riot.
How do you think, how many legendaries have I got from this?
One.
«Paper» for Bomb, which is an exact duplicate of mine.
So, I have spent my 39 Lucky Coins for 6 Friendship Essences! :)

Thank you! Those are similar fast strategies, but I am very unlucky: in the last turn before Primevil Frost Hog attacks my Matilda, my Red was stun by the negative effect, so «Druid» ate ~2300 damage and went away.
Then, with Matilda, Bomb was smashed by ~3000 damage. Red survived and knocked the pig off with Rage Chilli.
That gave me 2 stars (because of the lack of 20000 points from knocked out two birds).
Maybe I should try later or save up 30 or 45 LC for three Mighty Eagle’s Dishes.
By the way, does a Dish work for one stage or for a whole level?

Oh.
I have no problems with knocking the Primevil Frost Hog out, but I do with passing the level fast (my highscore is lowest of all my Facebook friends for this level).
Maybe your strategy would work for me, I’ll try it tomorrow.

You could use «Paladin» + «Captain» + friend’s «Skulkers» for massive damage to the little ghost and healing your birds; the other ghost won’t be very dangerous («Captain»’s «Dispel» negates his effect).
By the way, are you level 41? What Mastery levels do your birds have? Have you got 41-level friends on Facebook?

Maybe try a combo of «Paladin» and two strongest birds of yours? (e. g. «Bard» or «Sea Dog»)?

It will be interesting to know how the 906-star guys have beaten the bosses…
I have 903 myself: I 2-starred Ice Shaman King (Cave 4), Cave 13 Level 5, and Winter Soldier (Cave 13).
By the way, try to beat the bosses with «Paladin», «Princess» and a strong friend’s bird (it will work for cave 8).
For Cave 5 I have used «Samurai»-«Grand Slam»-6, «Druid»-«Nightmare»-7, and «Spies»-«Artillery strike»-7. Just attack the boss all the time, he shouldn’t damage your birds. It’s a (1 – (1 – 0.08)^(3 + 1)) = 0.2836 chance to stun him per a turn. If he’s not stun, use Rage Chilli on Blues (if his ally is knocked, of course), so keep the Chilli filled. 43000 points are enough.
