Very disappointing update to say the least. It has only decreased my desire to play, not increase it. Nice to have a new character to play, but overall the update is not impressive at all. I am on FB with plenty of friends that also play ABTF, but still can’t play with their bots, or vice versa. That hasn’t been addressed. And the fact that it is more difficult to shoot down pigs compared to before the update is not attractive either. Maybe that was a mistake with the update, it is a possibility. Anyway, I digress.

@optimuspig, I have some dude at 250 already. I too work, not really digging the game format. I probably have some stoner sitting on his couch all day play the competition. Not that there is anything wrong with that, but it sucks to be in that group. Would be nice if they put us in specific groups, professionals vs. stoners!

I played a few nodes, acquired 59 canes and it was on the leaderboard. Exited the game to grab a mission reward and harvest coins, came back into the completion and lost 30 canes. So I don’t know what is really going on. And I don’t like the “pay 10 gems” to keep going either. Wish it would have been coins or pigs.

Just got hit with another update bug. I have lost ateast 18o turkeys due to the bug. If your app says ” just need to update” hard close the game and restart. Everything will be there, otherwise you will lose a shit ton. Ugh.

The bug is there, it is back. I just had my second level prize of 75 gems taken away.

Watch out. Probably expect to lose progress at some point.

Don’t waste your time on the competition. I was in second place at the end of the time limit and only received 10,000 coins. The next closet player was 50 behind, and the player after that was over 400 behind. No reason I shouldn’t have received at least 75 gems. Funny thing is, I think this competition is like the Ashley Madison scandal where most of the “women” guys were talking with were actually bots, and not humans. I think that they are setting up fictitious players that have pumpkin totals close to yours so that you play more. Which leads to more advertising money for them. I had a “player” in my group that had over 5000 pumpkins. That is not a realistic total, unless the guy has no job and plays 24/7. I am convinced it is just an advertising ploy. The first competition I took 1st, and the 200 gems, but this one was totally rigged. Lol. At least they changed the level configurations which was nice, so we have that going for us.

My big issues so far with the update is that I can no longer link with Facebook, and the ad’s crashing the game when trying to receive rewards at the end of nodes. So I am concerned with all the crashes that my game may no longer be backed up to Facebook.

My high yield gem recipes are no longer high yield. I top out now at 14 gems max. Ugh.

I just uninstalled the game, reinstalled it, played until I rescued Bumble Butt, and was then able to get my progress back from FB. No issues at all, except for the original problem that made me reinstall the game.sucks if you don’t have it backed up somewhere.

I have been having the same issue for over a week now as well. Frustrating.
