@dbkraemer @abgofast. You brought up the problem of sharing lucky boxes with android users which I have been experiencing all along right from the start. I tried sending to @wazemank and he did not get the boxes. He was able to send me though and I really feel bad not being able to reciprocate. Stranger still is that I was not even able to send to @angryde and @dbkraemer too even though I was able to at the start of joining FB but the occurences were rare since I am terrible at catching the boxes. However this did not stop all my FB pals from sending me their lucky boxes and i must say they are truly awesome! :)

@nacho18. I am more or less on a hiatus except for the daily challenge to harvest some gems. The weekly I do it half heartedly and the multiplayer hmmmmm…..
My score so far on each track looks like @abgofast’s minus the zero :))!

Have you tried ToysRus? It comes in the multi pack series 2 with red bird. Hope this helps.

@dbkraemer. Teehee, you’re fun. I guess I am too far away to be paid a visit even though I didn’t get to finish for the last couple or even three of these recent ones. Totally disheartened because I won (sans facebook, of course, ’cause you guys are impossible to beat) a couple of times and did not get anything.

There seems to be some inconsistency in this special challenge – mine starts early at Seedway T1, R25 . The rest may take me forever to reach and I am not looking forward to it.

@nacho18. Yes, definitely I will wait for your ideas on how to progress about putting valuable tips into specific topics/threads. I said in my last post that I will try because that is exactly what I meant as I am not good at computer stuffs. Please do the piloting and I will do my best to help.
I asked @platium first because I was going backwards on this thread and thought of starting from there and then slowly go back to other posts and ask individually if it is OK for me to copy their tips. The original posts on tips will remain here otherwise this thread will look broken?!

Just as I said I would try because I was not sure if copying and pasting over to a new topic would work (never done this before) but would love to have a go at it and if I fail I can always count on you guys/gals for assistance! (Ducking the flying objects!)

Hi, @all. I was thinking since this thread is getting longer, it will be difficult for someone looking for tips to search through all posts here. If I can manage to copy and paste to new topics for example how to drift 15 & 25 times and give the contributor their due credits like whoever gave the tips their names will be first mentioned? It may take me a while, so what do you all think? @platium, shall I try out your tips first? And then ask the others if they won’t mind?

@angryde. Thanks so much for the very detailed explanation! Plus a picture says a thousand words! It must be a pain for you to try and make me understand, sorry mate. Did check the setting everything is cleared because I have been linking FB through ABGo. I did not use the default FB in the first place.

@nacho18. How are you doing on this FB thing so far. Pls check @angryde’s explanation and the link above which shows whether you have properly disconnect from FB. Maybe this will also solve your problem.

@angryde. Thanks for the explanation. I did disconnect completely the ABGo and FB ensuring that I logged out of everything. Turned off the wi-fi. After all these, i waited a few minutes before connecting wi-fi, checked that I no longer see FB friends on ABGo. Then, reconnect FB through ABGo. Each time the FB link asked if I wanted to add ABGo(?) browser and I did. Is this why it won’t work because I reconnect through ABGo?

PS. Just now Rovio sent me a gift of 500 gems to pass the challenges in question. They say they are investigating the problems. So we shall see.

@nacho18. Oh No!!!!! that is terrible to say the least. When I was doing the disconnect and reconnect thing over and over again, the images of my FB friends were flashing like a broken movie sect. I felt dizzy watching it and had to stop. Wish rovio can do something about it.

@angryde. Thanks buddy, you have been very helpful! And, you are absolutely right, no major company would go through such length unless it is profitable. I thought I would try a little bit of your suggestion by disconnecting FB from the game and reconnect again. Did it several times, no luck. I do not want to go through disconnecting everyone even though it is not a long list.

Then, just got a reply from rovio asking me to do what you have suggested. Also, they said they have passed the challenges in question for me. For a while I was elated but only to find I am back to square one. It even crashed out on me while I was doing for the last time (I did several times and checked the status over) the reconnection and I stared at the prompt for an eternity whether to hit cloud or device. I hit cloud thinking it has to be right. After all this exercise my brain is going fuzzy, man! I asked them to please make it work!

Will let you know the outcome.

@angryde. Their support team have been quite nice to me, but it would seem that they either cannot or do not have the know-how to assist or mend the glitches. Seeing that you have also experienced the same problem, so mine is not the only happenstance.

I understand what you said about the interface thing, but they really should look into it and do something.

Your advice and tips are a lot more helpful than their suggestions, but being one who does not know much about this computer stuff, I really don’t know if I can manage.

Wishfully hoping the problems will be gone soon!

Just wondering if anyone is experiencing the same problem as me. I discovered on 4 challenges that my scores are slightly higher than one of my FB friends, but I am not allowed to pass these challenges. So I tried to beat the lower scores many times to the point of frustration but the challenges would not budge.

Finally, I emailed rovio and followed with another email when I did not hear from them with some screen shots to prove my complaints are valid. However, the answer that I got was to beat my own score, huh?!!! If beating the other FB’s score is not doing the job why would I want to beat my own score when the whole challenge is about “beat a friend’s score”, right? Why not simply admit they cannot fix these glitches and that I should use gems to pass as it would save us all the trouble?!!!!!! Come on! Rovio!

@nacho18. Thanks for the warning. I have tried Hal to knock off 3 opponents on one of the challenges and I guess it is a lucky break for me or maybe because I am still at the lower end of the challenges.

@all. I just had a freaking scary moment just now. My ABGo crashed and when I got out and went back in I thought I lost everything because it was as if I just started the game anew. I checked my wi-fi and went back in this time, a prompt came up asking me whether it’s device or cloud to restore. If I had not seen the feedbacks here about games crashing I would have clicked the device without thinking and everything would be gone. Clicked cloud, then went back in and all is back. Phew, that was close. Thanks again everyone.

@nacho18. Am I thinking what you are thinking on @platium’s tips being merged into the other threads on ABGo started by others? It will be great if this can be done seeing that this thread is getting loads of feedbacks etc. Plus there are tips contributed by various members on here also that merging them under various already opened threads specifically would make it easier for others to read. And then again maybe open separate threads that have not been done yet? Excuse the lengthiness, hope I am making sense.
