That’s right! Angry Birds Chrome has been updated to v1.2.0 and includes a BUNCH of new goodness. It’s truly a massive update! To get started just head over to chrome.angrybirds.com. This update arrives on the same day as the Wreck the Halls update to Angry Birds Seasons. Details of this update and some helpful links are listed below:
- 42 new levels in the Mighty Hoax
- 25 new levels in Season’s Greedings. Like the the original Seasons Greedings and Wreck the Halls you get one level per day for 25 days.
- 3 unlockable bonus levels at the end of Season’s Greedings. Click here for known codes.
- Special Samsung Galaxy Note level (1-5) that’s tied to the Winter Wonderland competition. We have a walkthrough for this level here.
- 3 new Chrome Dimension logos. We will be hunting these down and adding them to the list shortly.
- Ability to log in and save your progress! (see warning about this below)
- The Mighty Eagle! Yes, the Mighty Eagle has landed on Chrome as a $0.99 USD in-app purchase, which obviously stores on your account. You can try it for free in Poached Eggs before committing to the purchase. We have walkthroughs for some of the more challenging levels here.

- If you don’t see the new version look for the following text at the bottom of the play window, “A new version is ready. Click to upgrade.” Once click you will get a prompt asking your to restart your game. Click okay and Chrome will update. Your progress should remain and now you’ll see all the new goodness.
- The ability to disable ads. After you click the X to close an ad you’ll be prompted with a message stating, “Tired of ads? Remove ads for 1 week for $0.99; 1 month for $1.99; forever for $3.99″.
- Warning: The log-in ability does not seem to store your progress in the cloud. Perhaps it stores your Mighty Eagle and/or ad-removal purchases, but we haven’t confirmed this yet. So if you want to backup or transfer your progress, be sure to check out our Chrome backup guide.

I am up to 103,000 and almost complete destruction and still only 2 stars. This is a good one.
I got 3 stars with 109k… Not an easy level!
I’ve been breaking the snowblocks on both sides of the hill. Broken most of them, but so far it hasn’t opened the treasure chest. Anyone find anything there? (Bonus level 1)
New update for chrome! This brings the Wonderful Pistachios levels into the mix.
Are you referring to this: http://www.angrybirdsnest.com/join-the-angry-birds-and-hunt-for-the-golden-pistachios/ ? It’s not within the Chrome App, though there is an outlink to it.
When you open Angry Birds in Chrome you first see Seasons Greedings, then Poached Eggs followed by Mighty Hoax, Chrome Dimension, and then a page which includes Golden Pistachios,Volcano, and Coming Soon.
We had originally written a post about that, but I think the idea is wrong.
I get it now – even though you are in the game, when you click on GP or V, another page opens up so they really aren’t within the Chrome App?

Umm hey im not going to buy the mighty eagle if it only works for the angry birds chrome version, will it work on all the angry birds if i do? i mean, its just the beta, and it doesnt even have everything, so im not going to buy it iif it only works for crome, i hardly ever use angry birds chrome anyway

I’ve just updated my AB Chrome Beta to ver.1.2.3.4 and sad to say there’s nothing new except for a cool loading screen.
Just want to ask, is there a separate & complete walkthrough for AB Chrome, although we know that some of the episodes are just ripped off from ABo and AB Seasons?
I don’t think “ripped off” is the right term there.
For levels unique to web browsers, such as Chrome Dimension levels and the like, we have those walkthroughs as well
