Bird Leader
I created AngryBirdsNest.com in the summer of 2010 as a way to give back to the Angry Birds community while helping myself conquer this amazingly addictive game. My then 3-year-old son and I played A LOT of Angry Birds and back then there really wasn’t an easy way to get help or share strategies. Having a background in web development and video games, I thought I’d approach Rovio and ask them if I could create a fan site. To my surprise, they agreed and even provided some of the very assets (artwork, etc.) you see today. I guess the rest is history. While I don’t respond to as many comments as I used to, I am still actively involved on the site on a daily basis.
FujiToast
You all know the name, but what you may not know is that FujiToast doesn’t like toast. Not one bit. All joking aside, FujiToast has been our go-to walkthrough creator for almost a year now. He’s probably helped more people pass Angry Birds levels than anyone else. Inadvertently, he’s probably saved countless lives and marriages by reducing stress and the time people sit in front of their iPhone (sorry Android users). Not only does FujiToast create awesome walkthroughs, but he also writes articles, creates taffy on the weekends, and routinely saves baby seals from poachers.

The man, the myth, the legend. In addition to being one of our main contributors, Slim is also the chief moderator. He single handily responds to hundreds of comments each week, helping thousands of Angry Birds players along the way. It doesn’t stop there though. He has superpowers! Shhhhh… One such power gives him super news-sleuthing ability. Another allows him to store vast amounts of Angry Birds data in his cerebral cortex. Yet another allows him to understand something called “number theory”. Yeah, who knew. I just don’t want to get on his bad side.

My g/f has Rio on PC, she has completed first four main stages and we had an internet outage last night, then when we got internet back, all the main stages are locked except the first one with each one having to be completed but it shows 3 stars already. We have tried reinstalling the game a few times already with our key and the same result. Is there another place to download Rio or how do we fix this issue. We all know that it is time consuming to just get that far, please help!!

1) Where did you download the app from?
2) So all levels are locked (except 1-1), but the pre-existing score is still there?

Sorry, not 1-1, the main stages menu at the beginning, the other ones are locked even though smugglers den is complete. We did purchase the game and have the key in our email.
OK, so you got your app from download.angrybirds.com and you have your activation key. That’s a good start. Just so we don’t spam over this page, I’m gonna write you an email and we can communicate from there. I have a few other questions before we can work towards an actual resolution.

Thanks for the site and all the work you’ve all put into it. When I first started playing I googled for help/info but didn’t find this site or anything useful! As I kept playing, I wanted some information about the Golden Eggs so did another search but this time entered “Angry Birds Golden Eggs” and fortunately this site came up as the first entry.
I don’t know if you know this but if you just google “Angry Birds”, this site doesn’t come up until the 4th page! I don’t know about everyone else but I rarely look at more than 2 pages when searching for anything.
Since you are sanctioned by Rovio, couldn’t you get them to link you as a helpful site etc.on their webpage? The only thing they have at present is a note to say look at YouTube. This site is a lot more helpful than YouTube.
No, that’s Google’s search algorithm. Very unfortunate that we’re on the 4th page, but we are pretty high if you add basically any word to “Angry Birds”.
