Something weird happened in my leaderboard in the last hour of the event, I was in 2nd some 20K off 1st and not really trying to catch 1st just trying to cement 2nd or 3rd spot for 500 points. Then when the daily challenges opened at 12 I was thrown into a new leaderboard down in 9th place with no sign of the player who had been in 1st on my original leaderboard. I ended up shelling out 70 gems in the last hour just to get into the top 6. Did anything similar to this happen to anyone else?

Soft update to 1.26.6.5…. surprise surprise still crashing!!
Here’s Rovio’s response from a ticket I raised on the issue –
And also the blueish fog during normal play when a spark run started.

Just updated to soft update 1.26.6.3 but still crashing, anyone else had more luck than me?
I’ve tried removing some unneeded aps, device reboot & deleting a shed load of photos & vids just in case it was memory related to my device but as I thought it isn’t.

Updated to 1.26.6.3 but still crashing for those of us having crash issues.
Cant confirm nerfing of UM cos I still cant play!!!
Think ill hold off on collecting the free tokens for now and hope they carry over to the next event where hopefully a new character will be offered.

@elpapm I am worried though as there haven’t been any other reported crashing and I am now limited to the occasional event run that works and a possible 2/5 spark run depending on the order of the run I get, yesterdays spark run went beach-underground cavern-pig city-underground cavern-crash. I could see the start of the desert and then I got thrown back out to my devices home screen.
If it was the end of the world glitch or EGL getting dropped/stuck into the end of wooden bridges I wouldn’t mind so much as everyone seems to have that happen to them at some stage.
So frustrating!!!
I’ve also noticed a grey/blue haze on my screen when on a beach run after approx 30 seconds of the run starting and my screen is also going black when hit by a WMT fireball for 2-3 seconds, I can still see the energicon, auto fire and vehicle mode icons but not the change teammate icon.
I was thinking it could be a memory issue with my device, but the meadow is not really a RAM sapping node.

@diamond72 Thank god I’m not the only one experiencing crashing issues, updated to 1.26.6.2 yesterday and since that I cant run any meadow or desert nodes.
I now have 6 nodes I cannot run and have lost out on event runs when presumably it was the meadow or desert scenario and also crashed out of spark run when transitioning from the underground cavern to the desert scene.
Beach, Pig City & Cobalt Valley work ok, but I have noticed a grey/blue haze appears after about 30 seconds of a beach run.
I have raised this in the 1.26.6. upgrade thread but no one there has had any similar issues.
I’m using an iPod5 on ios 9.3.5.
I am limited to the occasional event run that works and 2/5 of a spark run now(depending on the order it comes in).
Don’t think the daily quest completion or a high token return are possible until this is sorted.

I’m having serious issues since this latest update, none of the desert or meadow nodes will load, I get as far as the deceptihog/autobird revolving logo screen after selecting a buddy then the game crashes.
I now have six nodes I can’t access and I just lost all four runs in the event to the same issue presumably it was either a meadow or desert run each time. The event run before this I got 3 beach nodes and one crash.
Also my spark run after updating crashed coming into the desert section.
I’m using an iPod 5 on iOS 9.3.5.
Anybody else any similar problems??
