bswins@bswins@luvsouljah I haven’t experienced any issues with permanently missing fruit, but I have had to consult the Rio Fruit Walkthroughs to find some pieces that I couldn’t figure out on my own.
I recommend reviewing the AB Nest Apple walkthroughs to find your missing piece:
There are 2 pages of walkthroughs, so be sure to check out all of them, if needed.
Hope this helps. Good luck!
bswins@bswins@luvsouljah In February 2020, Rovio alerted users that Adverts and in-game Store would no longer be available. This was part of their Support phase out, which ended with the new year (2021). The same happened for Star Wars.
The following link is for the Rio message: https://angrybir.de/3f84CCp

bswins@bswins@poophands Unless I’m mistaken, ABO = Angry Birds Original. ABO and Angry Birds Classic are two names I’ve seen people use to refer to the first Angry Birds game.
bswins@bswinsBad Piggies updates showed up in the iOS App Store yesterday. No sign of Seasons or other classic games, but I hope this is a good omen. Only time will tell.
bswins@bswinsBad Piggies (iPhone) and Bad Piggies HD (iPad) app updates to version 2.3.7 are listed in the iOS App Store.
This game has been missing in the App Store for quite some time. I hope the other missing games come back soon…if only to ensure I download to all my old devices.
bswins@bswins@midnight42 That is a very good question.
TL;DR: I don’t know.
Recently, a majority of the older games were removed from the iOS App Store. If you had purchased/downloaded games previously, the respective games were available for download in your Purchases section.
Initially, Rovio stated the removal was temporary, and, a short time later, the games were added back to the Store. (see following thread: Is AB Seasons off the App Store?)
Unfortunately, a few days ago, the games disappeared again. However, this time, my Purchases section lists all my previously purchased/downloaded Rovio games except the original Angry Birds. Both the iPad and the iPhone versions are absent.
I reviewed several articles on installing older iOS apps devices, but with Apple’s change to iOS synching, it is becoming more difficult to find a workable and/or acceptable method to do so (i.e., installing backups, etc.)
After the previous game removal, I downloaded every Rovio game to all my iOS devices just to be safe. So, I don’t have any devices to test alternative methods, but I did find copies of older Angry Birds app versions in my Backups. I may give it a go to see if there is a way for those who do have old versions available.
Currently, I believe the best option is to convince Rovio to add the game back to the Purchases section. Hopefully, other more tech savvy Nesters will have better advice. In the interim, I will do my part and send Rovio a customer service request to add the original game back the Store or at least to Purchases. If they receive enough requests, maybe they will add it back.
bswins@bswins@darthvader20 I see your point. 😉
bswins@bswins@mikemaz42 Excellent news! Thanks for the update!
bswins@bswinsConfirming @sumobro’s comments, so far, all of my Rovio games are available for download via the Purchased section in the App Store. In addition, for a couple of devices on which I’ve yet to update all Rovio apps, the updates do show in the Update list.
I’m not sure how long these respective apps will be available, but I wouldn’t count on their availability for long.
bswins@bswins@mikemaz42 Others have asked the same question: https://www.angrybirdsnest.com/forums/topic/is-ab-seasons-off-the-app-store/
I noticed, and @sumobro also commented, that Seasons (and other recently removed games) was available for download via the purchased list.
Have you checked the Purchased section of your account in the App Store and/or Google Play? Please check to see if you can download via your purchases, and comment in the other thread to let us know.
I’m confident other members are going to experience what we have in the very near future, and I hope Rovio keeps the “purchased” option available for the long term.
bswins@bswinsHi @celia-reid,
You can edit your username and avatar in the Profile section of your account when signed in:

Hopefully, the link will take you straight to the proper page.
bswins@bswins@knuklehead I think you’re better off trying the @doulgas method for now. I presume he hasn’t had any problems using FB, but the one time I tried it a couple of years back, I lost three entire episodes of scores of Seasons. Luckily, I had an old device with those scores, but it was an eye opener. Best of luck!
bswins@bswins@rawdatasystems I agree that it appears out of date. Hopefully, this thread will spark some comments from those that have migrated recently.
bswins@bswins@knuklehead ABN published procedures to Backup/Migrate/Remstore game progress on different Operating Systems. Following is the link for Android devices: https://www.angrybirdsnest.com/how-to-back-up-angry-birds-progress-on-android-rooted-and-non-rooted/
I don’t use Android devices, and I’ve never tried the aforementioned procedure. Furthermore, I don’t know if the option is out of date. Regardless, it may be worth trying as the FB method is avoided by most of the people I know.
As there may be issues of which I’m not aware, I’m copying the @admins for a heads up. Best of luck with the migration. I hope it works for you.
bswins@bswins@ronnysingh I know a lot of us are a bit irritated with situations like you mentioned, and it’s easy to get riled up.
However, please be careful with your language. We wish to maintain as “family friendly” an atmosphere as possible. You aren’t the first to let an unacceptable word slip through, and I’m confident that you won’t be the last.
Since only @admins can edit Forum posts, I’m altering them so they can edit as neeeded.
bswins@bswinsWhich game(s) are you having trouble with? In addition, which iPad and which iOS are you running? I have access to several iPads, and I’ll do my best to replicate your issue.
bswins@bswins@jtb I was able to purchase Levels 2-1 through 3-15 of Angry Birds Seasons HAM Dunk in May 2018 using an old version (5.x) of Seasons on my iPad 1. More importantly, I was able to restore the purchase on my newer iPad. Other than using an older version, I don’t know if there’s a way. I couldn’t find a way until I thought about dusting off my ancient iDevice.
