As for the strat, I realize that I reinvented the wheel by performing @dark-cloud‘s method. Here is why it works:

First, notice that there are three aligned stone blocks, that I show within the black circles here:

Since the only birds one uses are the Blue, they behave uglily when they hit such blocks. This strongly suggests that the highest Blue trajectory must be close and tangent to this block line, so that it ends into the big pig bubble. Therefore, you have to split your bird somewhere along my yellow line (see above pic), which have to be followed by the top Blue. Now, to use as efficiently as possible the other two birds, you have to arrange yourself so that they are aligned with the bottom two rows, which they have enough momentum to push toward gravity field. For example, the bottom Blue must more or less follow my green line.

At bit of geometry plus trial and error method then indicates that the aiming point is in the middle of the bottom left side of the first block of the second row (i.e., my blue cross). Aim here, and split at the right moment so that the two other birds follow the approximate lines I have drawn.

(Note in passing that it shows the position of the splitting point.)

The first two column have been completely destroyed (before stone blocks) or pushed (after stone blocks) toward gravitational field and so has been the big bubble. Almost everything is about to fall down, with the exception of one ice block, which bounced on the bottom bubble after having pushed it.

After the bonus birds, the count will be 40740. If you look down on the planet, you see that the two stone blocks that were pushed down survived to the infall. Should they have been destroyed, one shoud have gotten close to 42k.

I did not notice anything special for my 43210 score, but I believe that the rightmost stone block may also gently have been pushed down and be destroyed.
