What do people think of cave 1-10 for snout grinding?

@smwforever45 – I have my first figure for the lower ranks on the table – 17-18 is now 815 mastery points in 2.0

I will be filling out my sheet as I progress, and will post weekly updates until I can develop a pattern.

Confirmed mastery figures for Levels 1-10 in v2.0 as follows:

1-2 20 points
2-3 195 points
3-4 214 points
4-5 236 points
5-6 260 points
6-7 286 points
7-8 314 points
8-9 346 points
9-10 380 points

Mastery begins accruing at the point where the player has earned 100 stars on island levels. Generally coincides with obtaining the blues as a playable character.

EDIT – the figure from level 8 to 9 does not follow the pattern of surrounding levels, but I have re-confirmed the value with three different classes. It is indeed 346 points.

Further figures I have gathered today:

10-11 418 points
11-12 460 points
12-13 506 points
13-14 556 points

Just an update, I got my levels slightly wrong. Here are the new accurate and correct values:

lvl 61 to 62 is 12260
lvl 62 to 63 is 12290
lvl 63 to 64 is 12320
lvl 64 to 65 is 12340

The value I originally supplied for lvl 60 to 61 is incorrect, but at a guess it might be 12230

No true pattern yet identified. In fact, several figures seem out of place, but have been confirmed at least twice to be correct.

I will say that the game is more balanced than it was, so Rovio has gotten this one right. I have not seen much difference in mastery drops based on pig level, but perhaps that kicks in at a point farther along than my team has attained.

Just updated my post above with some extra values if you want to update the first page with the correct info now. At a guestimate I reckon some of the other levels will be:

lvl 65 to 66 is 12360 (confirmed)
lvl 66 to 67 is 12380 (confirmed)
lvl 67 to 68 is 12400 (confirmed)
lvl 68 to 69 is 12420 (confirmed)
lvl 69 to 70 is 12430 (confirmed)

@fant – I expect your guesses are correct, but based on some of the odd figures I have found in levels 1-25, I would not bother to fill anything in until confirmed.

See 6-11, and 14-25 for examples that do not seem to fit any pattern.

I will do my next mastery grind when my junior teams reach XP 40 and 50 respectively so may be next week before any classes pass level 25.

Is it me or has the dojo been running out of snoutling offers REALLY QUICKLY! I used to be able to buy 6-15 offers (15ish only once per day.) Now it seems 3-5 is normal. Is this another one of Rovios 2.0 game nerfs that limits our progression?

@coachmp 6 or 7 has generally been about average (so specific, I know), but the occasional 0 or 15 is thrown in there as well. I can’t remember my record (barring the one Class endless purchase), but it was around 20.

@toolow nope, just the ones I used often. I didn’t really grind the rest, let the Dojo take care of those sorry excuses.

All of my birds reached level 70 last Thursday with a grand total of 7 Snout lings remaining and I’m only missing 3 or 4 of the Elites!

The last few weeks of grinding just to feed the Dojo has diminished my “Fun Factor” quite a bit. I have cut my play time down to 30 minutes or less a day since then to maintain the calendar, etc. and slowly rebuild my stockpiles.

Indeed, no pattern so far. The value for 57 -> 58 could well be possible, considering how random the numbers in the low levels seem to be.

EDIT: Just went through another Dojo round and I managed to achieve another milestone:
The Blues are my first birds to have all classes at rank 60 or above! :)
Because of me using Skulkers so much, Skulkers actually overtook Witch and that’s why Blues reached this goal first. Matilda is soon to follow, however.

Also coming closer: Wizard! 8863 points left to M70!

I’ll post another mastery chart once this week’s event is over.

The 1,000 mastery points for the calendar leveled up my Mage to 26 yesterday, but the number I am coming up with for 26-27 does not look right. I am coming up with 1,869, but will be confirming with a couple other classes before I am ready to state it as fact.

– Avenger (61 -> 62): 317 to go
– Marksmen (61 -> 62): 410 to go
– Bard (60 -> 61): 821 to go

Closest to M70:
1. Wizard: Only 2996 points (6 Dojo purchases) left!
2. Paladin: 61 Dojo purchases left
3. Spies: 119 Dojo purchases left

Fun fact: It’s been exactly a year since Wizard was my first class to reach M9 (which is now M36). I’ve sure come a long way. XD

I’m as bummed about this as you are. :( I don’t even have the full discount yet, now I’m forever stuck with -25.5% (which BTW is 26 stamp cards). :/

@smwforever45 – With the results of this weekend’s event, I can confirm that the 1,869 figure for 26-27 is indeed correct, and in addition, 27-28 can now be confirmed at an even 2,000 points.

Maybe Rovio had one group responsible for the first 25 levels, then another for the next group? Whatever they have done, it really does not seem to follow any reasonable pattern.

@datguygamer, unfortunately I do not remember the number of stamp card to reach 30%. I currently have 75 cards, and reached 30% long ago.
