Mighty Hoax level 5-21 is a bit challenging. Our strategy is to fire the Black bird into the left side of the first tower, at least popping all pigs within. Use the two Yellow birds to pop any pigs that remain on the left side; otherwise, attack the base of the right tower. Use the first White bird to destroy the left half, then the second to destroy the right half of the last tower. The score in the video below is 183,920.

At first I was flinging the black bird into the first structure, like the video. Then yellow bird against the highest part of the second structure etc.
The highscore method is the reverse of this. Black into the second structure. Good scores are 90k+ with all pigs in the middle and second structure gone (have had up to 97k). Then comes the inconsistent part of this method. Shoot the yellow bird against the top part of the first structure. It will not always fall and it will not always fall down nicely. Great scores are 200k+. My best is just below 190k for now, that was done with an extra yellow bird though.
Highscore method:
1st Black bird high, into the second structure.
2nd Yellow bird into the top of the first structure.
same approach here, but never got as high as you did, always ended up using a third bird … nice score ;-)

I used the first method, when I first got my score, thought I would try E-star’s. I cannot get past my original score, but have repeated it. I cannot seem to get the first yellow to topple the first tower. I well keep trying!

I used a third bird too, gave me a decent score. Not as high as vaporizer’s but I’ll settle with it for now.
@vaporizer Thank you for the two alternate strategies. Used your second method but could not obtain the good destruction that was shown in e-star’s video. Increased the score 9k. Hitting near the top triangles on the second launch seemed to make the left structure fall.
After quite some attempts, I noticed that this might be done in 1 bird. Same black bird high, when it break through the stone roof it lands on the side of the wood, rolling of to the right. Then the BB blasts away 2 of the stone blocks to the left structure. I have had one of the upper right blocks to break and also multiple times the left structure to wobble for quite some time. When it break 1 of the two downright blocks, the structure will probably fall.
For those who have quite amount of spare time, quite amount of fondness for the unlikely, and most importantly considered themselves to have a VERY HUGE amount of luck, then yes (whew…)! This level comes packed with the not-so-majestic 1-birder solution. And it’s just like @vaporizer said above but with 1 important note. With the same aim as we’ve all known, MANUALLY TRIGGER Black’s explosion as it touch the wooden “bench” (just after popping the pig). Once every only (AB) God knows how much tries, 2 rectangular stone blocks of the chamber would flew to the left with enough speed, bounced off of King pig & (probably) helmet pig to break the upper rectangular stone block from lower-right chamber of the left structure. Both stone must hit the same block to break it though, as a single blow would only crack it. Oh, and thanks to @vaporizer for the magnificent strat and @e-star for the visual explanation. There won’t be a “1-birder strat” for this level if it wasn’t because of you guys… :)
Got this with 1 bird, although I didn’t manually detonate the bomb. 2 stone blocks flew over to start the fall of the left side. I didn’t see exact details, I hadn’t read through the walkthrough comments so didn’t know it was possible & wasn’t expecting it. It was a nice surprise, but of course I haven’t been able to repeat it!

Interesting approach. I got close to a good score, the the collapse sort of petered out before it was complete. As it stands, my current score is a 2-bird take on the video method above. Occasionally, the black bird will punch through into the upper left of the four open squares in the left structure. This took out the entire structure, and everything else up through the beach ball for 95k+ points.
On the right hand structure, I’m not gonna deny saying I got really lucky with the yellow bird triggering the collapse of the whole thing!
This works pretty well if you give it enough tries. It was quite difficult to get the left structure to fall with one bird, but it was ultimately possible with wrw01′s method of hitting the top of the tower to send the triangles over the edge. However, when I got my best score, that top section leaned rightwards after the first shot – I don’t know if anything hit it or if it was one of those cases where an explosion disturbed a distant part of a level. At any rate, since it had been destabilized, I just hit the highest thick block (below the pig) directly, which immediately worked, popping all of the pigs and getting decent destruction.

Thanks for your method, it worked only I needed to use 1 white bird. Got 177k. Video method just did not do it, even using all the birds.

Has the minimum 3 star score changed for this level? I have three starred it with 162090.
OK, that was on the Facebook version( why did Rovio make it easier?). My PC version still 3 stars at 175000.
On facebook I had 2* with 158270 and got 3* with 160320.
The structures on your walkthrough have two cement blocks on both towers. Does this have an effect on the score? My chrome has just one block with the pig inside on both towers. I am unable to get beyond 169,000 2 stars.Is there another strategy to use??? help.
same here. i wasn’t able to pass the level. chrome makes slight changes in structures and bird orders. P.S. when are you going to make a chrome leaderboard?

2 shots 185080. First shot aim black bird for 2nd structure it falls on lowest part taking the whole thing out. 2nd Shot aim yellow bird to right at the top of 1st structure, it then falls taking the whole lot down
I am also not able to go past 169000 though I am destroying everything. What I notice is my black bird is not able to pierce the concrete and enter before blasting. Probably need some additional tools / aids?
It appears that with the latest chrome update, this level is now passible. I was able to get 181,010 today. I had been trying for quite a while to get my third and final star and had no luck.
Not sure exactly when it happened, but in one of the recent Chrome updates, they have replaced the second yellow bird with a black bird. Is there a walkthrough somewhere that reflects this change?
These walkthroughs are not specifically for Chrome, but generally apply just fine.
This level is driving me crazy, can consistently get 92K using the first bomb bird to the right structure, just can’t get that darn YB to topple the left structure very often and when I do the destruction is just not there.
I couldn’t believe it.Before 2.2.0 I promptly struggled to get over 185K ,and 2-birders barely reach 3 stars.Sometimes I couldn’t help wondering why all those stone planks never broke, falling from so high above.Now 2-birders result in great destruction never imaginable before.WTH?! I cannot see the difference,maybe they reduced the toughness of those stone planks?
Interesting, I had struggled with this level for a long time as well, may need to revisit it now.
I got 186,250 by shooting like @Vaporizer except on the second shot, I lofted the yellow bird to hit the side of the lowest triangle stone piece on the first tower (the goal is to remove the horizontal stone piece from the tower with this shot), thus allowing the third bird to topple the tower, possibly finishing off the level.
