Golden Egg #15 can be found in The Big Setup level 10-3. All you have to do to obtain this Golden Egg is smash the duck underneath the bridge.

Big Brother hits the top hollow stone block directly or near the top left corner. This is a little higher than in the video. Also all the tnt above needs to fall for the higher point totals.
