The issue I have is this:
Rovio are fully aware that a fair game in the Battle area a is impossible due to their flawed game. Knowing this they do not cancel the PvP battle area of the game. Many unknowing people go in this area of the game and spend ’real money’ resetting objectives and spinning coins on the pig machine to increase banner power to, in later leagues, have no chance of gaining from that cost to their pocket. Many of these people are children, many of these adults and children may not be able to afford this, as it will be a higher than expected re-buy in, due to chasing cheaters, especially ones like most on here that ‘only cheat a little’ or ‘use exploits’ if that’s a term you’re conscience is more comfortable with. I see this as cheating us out of money. I don’t believe Rovio are the cheats in the PvP battles. But to say ‘we’re working on it’ and leaving it open to their clients to spend money is some sort of corruption. They know it ain’t working and yet they’re still taking everyone’s money, right!

PvP battle, numerous times the game just sticks and I can’t use a bird. This results on exiting the game and getting a strike for the day, costing me 20 coins now and again to re-enter battles. say I’ve got red, yellow and blues it can happen on any bird and any turn, so I could attack with red then yellow and it wont recognise I’ve put my finger on blues to attack so I can finish my turn. It did this before and after my latest IOS update

@senigami So I let my rainbow bar fill, didn’t watch the vid and got a set item on spinning a friends free spin. But now my rainbow bar is empty? I thought this was a way to get daily set items? I was guaranteed a set item anyway and wasted it on the banner thinking it’d be there for a set item after?

Just had a few games on PvP. But as I started again last week I’m only up to level 32. IBe not got banner items so winning is impossible, but I e just played someone ‘unnamed’ but I knock his bird out and he had full life straight away and didn’t have the re-spawn set items. They were level 33 with level 10 birds

Anyone noticed that when you use a banner that says ‘50% chance Chuck takes the damage’ that when he does he gets 50% also if you get hit by rogues or Druid you still get the goo or thorns. Then notice what happens when your opponent has one of those banners!! They dont take the full attack or the thorns/goo etc for an after effect

Someone above asked if I’d let them know about my opponents levels in the next league next week. But, though I’m winning this week, I’ll not be playing another PvP as long as I live. It is 100% pointless without hacking, simple! Not wasting hours of the one time we get to live to get to a third or second best league behind cheats.

@kerravon that is a very good point. i see now. This is the way to get people to buy gold coins or they simply cannot compete. Further making the PvP pointless unless you pay hard cash or arrive at level 41 with no cheaters. That’s the vast majority that won’t be interested then.

I cannot believe the price they expect us to keep shelling out for coins and now they’ve put the price up. I’ve no interest in the whole game anymore.

I’m now starting to think that maybe the cheats in PvP leagues may be Rovio staff

Resetting 3 lives or exiting and re-entering to get a better opponent is irrelevant. Though that is a trick we can do to improve our chances it is irrelevant. There should be no need to stumble across that info here. The vast majority of ripple paying will not have that information. What is relevant is Rovio has lied. They have used deception to people paying money to force them to lose. This isn’t what is described in the PvP battles. It says you enter a league with up to 15 players and battle to gain promotion over the week. You get the league at the start of the week. Rovio has inserted more powerful players from that description. This is deception to gain capital. This is illegal in the UK and probably everywhere else.

The people in my league like me have bird banners with health of about 2000 I’m fighting people that aren’t in my league with banners at 5000+. Even at wood league I can’t beat them. Rovio strikes again with its swag bag

Back to cheating topic. I now have proof that Rovio are fraudsters. A while ago I’d completed the game to the cost of £100. PvP at level 41 had cheats in. I then started again, reset. I entered battles at level 17, wood league again. (I quit level 41 when actually winning the gold league, just thought it was pointless). Now I enetered a battle for fun lvl 17 with a league of only 8 players due to level), I’ve just gone back to have a battle two days later after battling through the first caves, I’m now level 24 and who am I against? Other level 24 players that have level 7,8 headgear! I can’t beat them! Yet, they’re not even in my league!! I click the league and it is still the level 15-17 players I started the week with. Second is on 4k after 4 days. But I’m losing to level 24 birds?! Rovio have clearly fixed the game to take your 3 lives and get you to buy back in with 20 gold coins!

Do you know what I thinks is a dead ringer to find cheats. The level 41 players on your facebook friends that don’t give or ask for friendship essence. I asked everyday and replied to everyones as you need them and need to stock them at some stuff needing 10 a spin and we all know how many spins it can ‘randomly’ take to get the item you want! Why don’t they ask for friendship essence? Why don’t they reply? Cod they have thousands of messages maybe from never needing essence

@larry I don’t know how to start threads as new to the nest. But sounds good. I can’t believe the Pig Machine is random and if so it won’t play fair for all players, meaning one person could get the same item over and over (Which is what happened to me a lot) I had the same two items repeated for a good £30, I complained to Rovio saying I want refunding, as if this was any other service in life that charged me for something theyd already sold me there would be hell to pay! To which Rovio gave me a bag of “lucky” coins, to which they either gave items I already had or one time for 200 coins at the ‘triple chance of set items’ in 15 minutes 200 coins didn’t give me one set item, not even one I already had!!! There must be people that have the opposite happen and have loads of luck on it, if it is random and in that case it isnt fair. The only way it could be fair is if everyone has been ripped off on it like me!! (I doubt)

It’s safe to say the first players to make platinum will be cheats. This isn’t a problem that can be fixed, any game that can be made can have software to cheat it. The PvP itself is just a bad idea. Angry birds friends is the same now as people have every sling and infite weapons to use. I’ve got 3 stars in every Rovio Angry Birds game. I was level 41 on Epic and level 7,8,9 birds. The PvP stopped interesting me week 2, I don’t play it. I may start Epic again from scratch to see how far I can get with no money this time. I’m also going to check some laws with legal advice, because Rovio refused to disclose the odds on the Pig machine, now they may be in their right to do that (though I doubt it), I’ve spent loads on that machine to not get anything back, which seems like gambling. I can afford the £80+ I spent but guaranteed there’s kids on here gambling on the pig machine with real money. I don’t like the scammy nature of it. What happened to honest games where its the same for everyone? Where you buy the game and you’ve got it, done!

So with lvl 41 variations being a mess and the leagues loaded with cheats, why isn’t it pulled? To still get our gold coins/real money!!
