    Most of those players aren’t real, you just play against rovio.

    Juan Luis Valenciaga Parma
    @juan-luis-valenciaga-parma

    Piggsy, Rovio, like Facebook (they actually work together), sells all your data and that’s where his main income comes from. With the scandal that exploded, Rovio is now forced to seek income from the sale of his gems, whatever it takes, so prepare to be squeezed by all possible means. I don’t play anymore, I’m not willing to give away my money without any counterpart in the game.

    Let the cheaters be eliminated, I think nobody is against it, only Rovio is the main cheater. The cleanup should start at home and end up almost pumping money out of your players.

    On the other hand, Rovio’s enormous income does not come from the sale of gems, but from the sale of all our data to third parties.

    In any case, something is going on with Rovio, his stock on the stock exchange has been crumbling for more than a year now. Hence the fact that they want to show those who buy our data that they have customers with very high scores (people who spend money) but that most of them must be false (Rovio’s cunning). And on the other hand, they eliminate those players who don’t make a profit, no matter what the level.

    Friends, I believe that many people have not read Rovio’s Privacy Policy, here is a very important clause that makes it clear that when we install the game, we authorize Rovio (thanks to the scripts, flash and pixel tags), to know absolutely everything that our device contains.

    If the device has been root, you are already a suspicious person for Rovio, if it has installed cheat programs, Rovio knows it. And no matter how much you reinstall the program again and under another name and user name, Rovio has your MAC address, it is enough to check your installed programs, your photos, email and contacts to know that you are the same person. He’ll let you play for a while, and if he sees you don’t make any major purchases, he’ll ban you again. You can even be banned even if you’ve made good purchases: I’ll ban you and keep your money.

    Read the following in the Private Policy: 2 AD Serving Technologie

    “Rovio or third parties operating the ad serving technology may use demographic and geo-location information (for more information regarding use of Location Data see below Section 3) as well as information logged from your hardware or device to ensure that relevant advertising is presented within the Service. Rovio or third parties may collect and use data, for such purposes, including but not limited to, data such as IP address, Device ID, MAC address, installed software, application usage data, hardware type, Operating System information, browser information, unique identifiers in browser cookies, Flash cookies, and HTML5 local storage, Internet and on-line usage information and in-game information. ”

    Next in : 8 Cookies Beacons and Tracking

    “Web Beacons and pixel tags: A “web beacon” or a “pixel tag” is an electronic image (often not visible to the end-user) that allows Rovio to count users who have visited certain pages or viewed certain advertisements. Additionally, e-mails and other electronic communications Rovio sends to you may contain pixel tags that enable Rovio to track your usage of the communication, including whether the communication was opened and/or what links were followed, if any.”

    When installing a Rovio game, the person authorizes many more rights than Facebook, Windows or Apple itself are authorized to collect.

    By installing a Rovio game, the person authorizes many more rights than Facebook, Windows or Apple itself is authorized to collect. And the worst part of it is that Rovio sells all this information to third parties, so he has no control over it. Read the Privacity Police and you will see that it states that Rovio is not responsible for the misuse of this information by third parties…the height of freshness and unethical behavior.

    People do not realize the danger posed by the data being transferred to Rovio.

    Juan Luis Valenciaga Parma
    @juan-luis-valenciaga-parma

    Piggsy, after the last update, the game’s gotten even harder. The reason, simple: Rovio’s big profit comes from the sale of all your information to third parties (they collect even more information than Facebook, your smallest details, just read their privacy policy). Rovio must show its customers that its subscribers spend enough money on their games, so the data they sell has great commercial value. Otherwise, they are not interesting.

    When you open a free chest, you will come across casino advertising, casinos do not advertise on sites that players do not spend money on.

    Read Rovio’s Privacy Policy and you will see all the information you agree to pass on to Rovio when you download one of his games. It’s impressive, even your most private files are known to Rovio. Read especially paragraph 2 Ad Serving Technology, the data Facebook collects is from beginners in comparison.

    https://www.rovio.com/privacy-policy

    Juan Luis Valenciaga Parma
    @juan-luis-valenciaga-parma

    On the other hand, Rovio knows perfectly who the hackers are, since the game installation contains a script that, as in Facebook, allows them to know the minimum details of the person, including email contacts, photos, installed programs (including those that allow hacking), ID address, MAC address, GPS and passports. In fact, your Privacy Policy makes this very clear.

    So if they really wanted to eliminate them they would do it right away, but why don’t they do it, simply because if they eliminate all the hackers, their business would collapse. Rovio sells all this information to third parties, and this is the company’s main business.
    Also, showing that there are a good number of players who have reached a high level ( i.e. have spent a lot of money), attracts more advertisers and companies eager to obtain such data.

    Unfortunately, this Privacy Policy is not well seen, so few people read it.

    https://www.rovio.com/privacy-policy

    Note: read in particular paragraph 12 “Special note about children’s privacy” in which it is made clear that Rovio is not responsible for how third parties use the information, something completely illegal in any court in the world.

    Yesterday, another friend was banned and I give faith that he has never cheated, on the contrary, he spends a good amount of money every month for this game in the Apple Store. His great possible sin: that of being part of those who lodged a formal complaint about Rovio’s bad practices to the EU gaming commission.

    Angrybirds clan battle

    My friend just sent me this, is it possible to compete against a clan of this level when your clan only reaches 500 (single player). This is really laughing in everyone’s face.

    Juan Luis Valenciaga Parma

    These guys are hungry for money, desperate to become billionaires, they’re going to end up killing the game. Today at the end of the stage, a little pig hit him 4 times and he didn’t die, I spent 60 gems and he died at the first shot.

    Juan Luis Valenciaga Parma
    @juan-luis-valenciaga-parma

    RIP Piggies.

    I have treated you with respect and it is not you who will teach me what games have been in the course of history, do not be presumptuous.

    That Rovio is eliminating once and for all the cheaters, who otherwise have been good years without being disturbed, we all agree. I don’t agree with the cleaners taking honest players.

    For you to defend Rovio, it is your full right, as I am in mine to criticize him if I consider it so. And especially when it turns the game into a trick for the player.

    I give you some examples of how right this game is,

    From the moment you buy gems, for Rovio you have become a captive client, from that moment on, your score changes, no matter how well you play, your birds do not achieve the score they previously achieved, so you have to spend gems to finish.

    Likewise, if you have been lucky enough to accumulate more than 3000 gems, you must spend them anyway, so your score is penalized.

    In the Arena, your opponent always spends the first four stages of each floor, only using a single bird and achieving a score much higher than yours.

    Your opponent will always get extra birds, even if your score is ridiculously low.

    Your opponent’s birds can break all kinds of obstacles, your birds each have a specialty, e. g. blue can’t break rocks or wood, only ice, like Chuck can’t break ice or stone, and so on.

    What about playing the tower, a pig will necessarily come out on the 12th floor, 16,21,27,29 and so on until you reach 60, cost? 1800 gems minimum, prize?: really ridiculous.

    It’s true, that no one makes us play, but it’s not easy to give a child reasons why he shouldn’t play this game.

    Juan Luis Valenciaga Parma
    @juan-luis-valenciaga-parma

    Forgive me, but the complaints don’t come from now, it’s been a long time since people have complained about Rovio’s bad practices, the cheats and the meaningless way in which they eliminate players. And the banned is total, not partial.
    I insist, if Rovio didn’t do the cheating he does, there wouldn’t be the cheaters that exist today and I’m not defending them.

    How many times have I seen my children (who are the ones who play) cry helplessly to see that after winning by a comfortable advantage, in the last stage their birds make a ridiculous score, making them lose their advantage and their opponent take a huge advance using a single bird, which normally is not able to destroy three towers arranged in different levels on its own. If that’s not cheating is what?.

    What do the kids have left in their heads? That cheating is normal.

    Juan Luis Valenciaga Parma
    @juan-luis-valenciaga-parma

    There are so many complaints in the various angrybirds forums about how Rovio is cleaning up cheats, it is evident that they are also taking advantage of cleaning up a maximum number of honest players, but that they have a level where they no longer need to go through the box to buy gems, which makes them a bad business for Rovio.
    In any case, there are already players who have brought together and submitted all together a complaint to the committee which is responsible for regulating the payment games within the EU to Brussels. From what I have been able to read, many of them have presented as evidence, videos and screenshot, which clearly demonstrate how the game cheats in order to force the player to use more gems.

    On the other hand, gambling constantly advertises casino games, something absolutely forbidden in games open to minors. In addition, according to comments in other forums, Rovio’s regulations are not in accordance with European regulations. Among them, the fact of being a paid game, a player cannot be sent off without prior notice or clear explanation.

    Rovio’s behavior towards his players is very similar to that of a casino slot machine, with the difference that they do not have the license to act as if they were illegal without respecting any of the rules imposed on casinos by law.

    In an honest game, there are no cheaters.

    Juan Luis Valenciaga Parma
    @juan-luis-valenciaga-parma

    The team of rovio is young and has a total adoration for money, they show the desire to become wealthy in the shortest period of time, but unfortunately their methods are not honest andnot clean either.
    Now, I don’t understand how having this love for money and more than 2 million players and in which there must be at least 5% cheaters, it doesn’t occur to them to penalize cheats with a fine, with an equivalent to one or two purchases of the maximum package in the shop, plus a downgrade to calculate, and thus allowing them to stay. Surely many would pay and Rovio would bring in a good amount of those euros and dollars that they love so much.

    Honestly I’m sorry Ntns, at no time have I wanted to question your level in the game, my comment was rather directed to the expense that this meant in the case of my friend, as well as mine own (level 581). In any case, like my friend and other friends, yesterday I was banned without explanation. I have saved from the beginning and to date all my purchases through the Apple Store.
    The curious thing is that I was banned after having surpassed a level 720 in the battle clan, which I managed to overcome only by a stroke of luck that even I didn’t believe myself.

    Juan Luis Valenciaga Parma
    @juan-luis-valenciaga-parma

    My friend, who had a level of 578, and I know that I spend a lot of money buying gems and accumulating pearls, she was banned. You must have spent three times as much for what I see.

    Be careful!!, Rovio’s doing a good job of eliminating the hackers. But beware, there are people who play on two devices, simply because in the other one the wife or children play with the same account, and not all of us want to share the same device simply for privacy reasons. Rovio is eliminating accounts that use more than one device, but indiscriminately, most of those players don’t have hacks or cheat.

    Juan Luis Valenciaga Parma
    @juan-luis-valenciaga-parma

    Many players complain about the same problem in the clan chat

    Juan Luis Valenciaga Parma
    @juan-luis-valenciaga-parma

    I add to your experience:
    Chuck that bounces off the wood at full speed.
    Silver using his powers, bounces off the rock.
    Blues that can’t do the slightest damage to the ice.
    Bomb that explodes in the head of a little pig and this one stays alive.
    This happens preferably in the last stage and when one of these is all you have left or when you start the game with more than 3 spells.

    On the other hand, today I am informed by one of my friends, who was contacted by a Finnish Member of the EU in response to an email, that they had received the dossier and that it would be added to an existing dossier sent by Germans and that it contains the same type of complaint.

    Juan Luis Valenciaga Parma
    @juan-luis-valenciaga-parma

    If you use spell in the battle of clans, your score goes down immediately.
    Rovio improved the game but for his benefit: nowadays it is almost impossible to finish the Arena without spending a minimum of 60 gems.

    In the final stage of the daily challenge, you can hit boss as many times as you want without suffering the slightest damage, buy more birds and miracle!!! at the first blow he dies.

    They added the little pigs that always stay alive even after an explosion, which forces you to spend an extra bird to eliminate it, and forces you to buy more birds in the end. Not everyone has a level of 500 or more, which allows them to earn birds more easily.

    AngryBirds 2, has become a dirtier and more tricky game than it used to be, that simple.

    Juan Luis Valenciaga Parma
    @juan-luis-valenciaga-parma

    There is a new cleverness of rovio in the arena: if in the last stage and using all your spells you manage to take advantage of your opponent, the game frozen and you lose. To return to play and finish, you simply pay 60 gems, or you lose all your progress in the game.

    Juan Luis Valenciaga Parma
    @juan-luis-valenciaga-parma

    We are 9 colleagues who play regularly and spend an average of $100 per month each. A few months ago, we decided to record and take screenshot of our games, more than 90 videos and hundreds of screenshots. We realize that the way Rovio cheats in order to force you to spend and buy more gems, is worthy of those illegal casinos.
    We decided then that this should be known and especially because many children also participate in this game. To this end, we have prepared a series of videos that we are uploading to YouTube, but we are also preparing a formal complaint to the committee responsible for these types of issues in the European Parliament, in order to take measures to prevent parents of minors from the risks of this usurious and cheating game.

    This “extraordinary offer”, as you can see by entering Today’s Training and Season Rank, was received by many and most of them with flock power of 99, really great players!!.
    Knowing Rovio, I think that this competition (Season Rank) is a good cunning to unmask all those players with impossible ranking, then comes the cleaning.
