Same event as before with the ninjas. I am level 41, in the U.S., playing on my iPad. Started at 2:00 pm, CT. Notice of the event popped up about two days ago. Lost about 1200 points late in the afternoon. Started over and I have about 1000 points with a new set of players. Definitely weird, even for Rovio considering recent events.

“Under the Cloud of Night” has the same bug as the one over the holidays. I had 1200 medals playing after the start this afternoon and got reset back to zero with a totally different set of players.

Event is still going on for me with about 90 minutes. I get kicked out of Epic after about 2 minutes on my iPad but it has been enough to keep Golden Pig going and collect a few snoutlings. We’ll see what happens in 90 minutes. If I’m still getting kicked out, I’ll just delete and reload Epic.

In the first event, I was against all level 41s, all named. Managed to get fourth with never a chance at third since the first three score were so high. Biggest problem was losing events because of game freezes – five that I remember. In the new event, I seem to have no competition as I am in a group by myself. Done for today because of losing two battles due to game freezes.

I just hit my third reset to zero. In the initial start, I was in a group of eight that seemed to real people since their numbers moved upward at the start of the event. In my next logon, I was at zero by with no one else in the group. In the third set, I was in full set of 15 and managed to climb to third, but none of the opponents changed scores. Now I’m back to zero in a group of 11. In the three groups of named opponents, none of the names were the same. I have 120 stamina saved from previous events, but don’t want to use them figuring I’ll go back to zero again. I love the idea of getting chance for all those mastery points, but we’ll wait and see what Rovio does. Thinking I may just do a push right before the close next Sunday to see if I can get anything.
