@illawarrior2 and anyone else with the problem of achievements (namely only having 19/37 – the original 19 were for beating the game), I got a reply from Rovio!!

They said that achievements weren’t supposed to come out yet and they’re inactive for everyone. They said they will become active soon and I replied to them, asking if they would be retroactive, say, if I’m in the Diamond League and I can’t go back to the Stone League, will I get the achievements for the leagues I was in in prior weeks or I just got 1st place in the Diamond League yesterday, will it register as an achievement or do I have to do it AGAIN?

@illawarrior2 Thank you! I’m glad to know it’s not just me! I opened a ticket with Rovio… Waiting for a response. I told them I could clearly prove I’m in the Diamond League, that I finished 13 caves, that I have banner sets… We’ll see if they have any way of getting me my achievements. Maybe Google has to do it.

Sooo, I used to have 19/19 achievements. I never noticed any new ones existed until today. But I realize I should have all of them and I’ve gotten none. I’ve worked my way up to the Diamond League and yet nothing has registered. I don’t know when they put up these achievements, but the same thing happened with Plants vs. Zombies 2 – I beat the levels of a certain world before the achievements existed so I had to redo everything to get them. But this is WAY more than that.

I should have:

Meet Terrence (500 XP) – Enter the bird arena ship (and I’ve done this dozens of times).
Standard bearer (1,000 XP) – Obtain a complete bird banner set (in ANY league!).
Top of the flock (1,000 XP) – Complete any league in first place.
Rocky road (500 XP) – Reach the stone league
Silver star (1,000 XP) – Reach the silver league
Golden boy (1,000 XP) – Reach the gold league
Platinum dreams (1,500 XP) – Reach the platinum league
Diamonds are a bird’s best friend (2,000 XP) – Reach the diamond league
Mission accomplished! (1,500 XP) – Complete 100 arena objectives (3 per day, 21 per week, 7 weeks I’ve been playing is 147 objectives almost all met)
Battle Master (1,500 XP) – Win 100 arena battles (with 147 objectives each requiring 2-3 accomplishments per objective, I’ve won hundreds of battles)
Defeat them all! (1,500 XP) – Win arena battles and defeat every bird class

Then there’s miscellaneous ones like:
Cave delver (1,500 XP) – Complete 10 chronicle caves (I’ve finished all 13)
Champion for once (1,500 XP) – Reach the first leaderboard position in an event
Curse of the Necromancer (1,000 XP) – Complete and undead event
Under the Cloud of Night (1,000 XP) – Complete a ninja event

I mean this is INSANE! Is this a problem/bug anyone else is having? I didn’t know these achievements existed until today but I’ve been accomplishing them for 5 weeks or more now and I have none of them… If I contacted Rovio, do you think they could do anything about it? They can see I’m in the Diamond League at the least, I’ve entered the bird ship the first day of arenas, I have the banners…

I’ve been up against a player REPEATEDLY and it’s killing me.

Anyone familiar with: TOPER???

His Chuck is normal, his Red is normal, but his Matilda, Bomb and Blues all have 4 BILLION life, and, oddly enough, the characteristics of his banner… I’ve knocked out his Chuck on 4 separate occasions and his banner is normal so I’ve managed to knock out all 3 on one occasion and get his banner half way down, but as soon as they revive, it’s a one-hit KO.

I can’t post a screenshot because when I hold my stylus over a bird, his life total is so large that it shows this little mini box on the screen, barely visible. I assume that’s why it won’t show up. If you let go with the stylus it pops up normally for a split second and disappears. He’s the only one I’ve encountered who is that INSANELY hacked.

@tigerussell I… don’t think I get it. Is it that all of his birds are level 1, but his banner is level 41? Even still, his banner is only 11,000 life. His birds all have reasonable life and correct power.

Well, funny thing. I FINALLY made my way back into the Gold League after my data being erased by Rovio.

Day 1, before anyone has completed their objectives, this one guy… he’s not even in “first place”, you know, when you actually play a game and it gives you a ranking? You know before you’ve played a single match and your place is “-” just a dash? So this guy at the top of the Gold League in in “-” place (having never played a game) and his score is so large, it can’t even register on the board properly.

His score is currently: I assume it’s supposed to be 1 billion or more? It shows “-,654,703,919” It starts with a dash! Just like his place! Like I guess it can’t show scores in the BILLIONS!

I haven’t come across any hacked opponents in matches in this league strangely enough. Everyone wins or loses fair and square. Strange.

@bubbley I believe what you’re saying, I just wanted to understand better WHAT was happening to you. Like I said, I felt it was a lack of detail that made it *hard* for me to believe what you were saying. I don’t think you were lying, I was ASKING for more.

You certainly don’t have to prove anything to me. And more than that you have nothing to apologize for. I wasn’t looking for a fight, I was just saying, “Wait, what? Please elaborate.” in an obnoxious way. Absolutely we can move on.

@bubbley I’m sorry to be blunt, but all of your posts seem to be a big conspiracy theory. I don’t know what’s distinct about them, but the discussion of the last few days has been about legitimately hacked opponents, but your talk of your game crashing before playing easy opponents, and just general talk of “being defeated”… why do you believe they are hacked opponents? Was their level 100? Was their life 4 million? Attack 20,000? You just say you keep being defeated… I don’t know, it just feels so non-descript I guess. Obviously there are tons of hacked opponents and odds are in favor of finding them.

Your opponents are level 39, level 41 – no level 99s or 100s (which they could be hacked, but still). I don’t understand your comment about them being Mastery level 8, “but nothing in the mastery bar.” You “sometimes won, sometimes lost” yet it was hacked? If it was hacked, you would NOT be winning… a balance of wins and losses sounds like just very difficult opponents. Are you being killed in one turn? What level are you? What’s your Mastery? What weapons do you have? Do you have sets? What are your banner health and effects?

I suppose the one supporting statement in everything you’ve said is that you’ve sent your screenshots to Rovio, so I assume you’re seeing something that you can put your finger on. I’m just really curious what you’re seeing that you’re sending to them. I guess you just haven’t said it here.

@burbman has tried to explain your stretch of tough opponents, @larry too. Perhaps they’re having the same reservations that I am, simply doubting from a lack of description? I can’t speak for them, though, and I shouldn’t.

Speaking of league advancement, I’m still pissed that I got knocked down from the Silver League down to the Wood League from the messed up synchronization of my dad’s newly updated tablet with my account on it. No hacking, no nothing. Kind of like the Christmas event glitch that kept resetting all of our scores, except this took away 3 weeks of my life. I contacted Rovio and have yet to hear back… They’re still dealing with their server issues.

Sorry it’s off-topic. Someone said this event is only for 12 weeks?

Oh and sort of on-topic, I had this weird thing when I was thrown back into the wood league. There were only 4 other players with me and they had 60, 15, 10 and 10 points, respectively whereas I had 15,000. But not about the points really. Where were my “14 other players” on the leaderboard? I had friends that were #15 in the wood league and yet I couldn’t be because there were only 4 other people I was competing against. Has everyone else just advanced?? I thought only 3 out of every 14 could.

@killerkea Huh, I haven’t had the pleasure… Weird that that’s never happened before. The only people I’ve ever played that WEREN’T at my level were those insanely high hacked people that @jeffersonmcm posted pictures of. They were level 100 or level 14, oddly enough (NOT 41). The descriptions of each bird couldn’t even fit on my screen to take a screencap because they had so much life the line of characters was too long.

But the people who are suddenly having 50,000 and 60,000 trophy points mostly are Unnamed Player, but a couple weren’t. Had I not lost my Silver League status and gone all the way back down to Wood League (lost my data when synchronization went horribly wrong – damn Rovio! Took weeks to get to Silver!), I would have made a note of those people… It was impossible for me to progress to the next league with that top 3 of hackers building up their trophy points infinitely high.

Here’s what happened… I go onto my other device to go to where I had all my progress… AND IT SYNCS!! It syncs to my dad’s tablet!! Where all of the progress is GONE! I go to my phone… AND IT SYNCS! It synced up to my dad’s tablet where all of my progress was taken away! I have no idea what the hell happened!

The people who hacked to level 99 will only play level 99 people who also hacked the game, but there are other types who are still level 30 or 31 or something who have a gazillion life and attack and kill you and your banner after one hit. You’re lying if you say you encountered a level 99 player. They pair you with people at your level so all the LEVEL 99 HACKS ONLY (not other types of hacks) will only play other hackers at that level.

But this other stuff like having 50,000 trophy points keeping everyone out of the top 3 or having 4 million life for your banner… not right…

YES! I have this exact same problem! I was in the Silver League and I had 6,000 points on Day 1… First place had 50,200 points! The next day 5th place surpassed HIM into first place with a whopping 60,000 points! Third place has 40,000 points… This was after two days… they’d have to play 600+ games every 24 hours – 1 game every 2 1/2 minutes without sleep or breaks and the max 75 eggs every time.

It’s insane! Then, unrelatedly, I tried to sync my dad’s tablet to my account and it COMPLETELY undid all my damn progress and put me back in the wood league as if I had never played at all! Has anyone else experienced this one??

The hackers with 4,000,000 life and 50,000 attack are really pissing me off with 4,000,000 banners.

But the worst was losing my weeks of progress into the Silver league… It synced BACKWARDS to my tablet and my phone! My progress is all gone, as is some of my mastery, friendship essence and gold coins… my banner accessories all gone… everything!

OK, I’m in the silver league and, with the exception of about 5 hacked opponents, have played with legit teams and make my way up for the last two weeks.

Now, with my “Top 14” players that I’m “competing against” for a top 3 spot to move up to the next league, the #1 player had 50,000 trophy points on Day 1… IMPOSSIBLE!

You get 5,500 if you complete all of the objectives of the day, a maximum of 75 per battle… So that means he’d have to play 594 battles in a 24 hour period or 1 battle every 2 1/2 minutes without sleep or bathroom breaks. That’s if he got the MAXIMUM 75 trophies per battle.

By day 2, I was in 5th place and I had 5,600 – I completed my objectives the second day, missed the first. #2, 3 and 4 had 12,000 because they finished both day’s objectives.

Day 3, #1 has 62,000, #2 has 51,000 and #3 has 33,000…

Even getting all of the objectives per day at 5,500 x 3 = 16,500 means #3 has double the possible objective trophies. He’d have to win 225 battles IF he got the maximum 75/battle. When there were cheaters in each match, that was tolerable, but how can you get into the top 3 spots when they cheat their way in?? It’s impossible! How are they doing it!?!

It’s driving me crazy!!
