I updated on 2/2/17 at 5:15 AM (thereabouts). I still haven’t been able to get on and it’s after 10:30 PM. I play exclusively on my Android phone. Since I couldn’t open the game on my phone, I downloaded the game to my Kindle Fire. I thought I could download my progress from Facebook and continue on the competition. I got through the first run (as required) and connected to Facebook. When I tried to restore my progress, I got a message that said that the restore failed due to conductivity issues. Now I’m afraid to uninstall & reinstall on either device because I don’t want to get stuck at level 1. I have all the bots (with the exception of Smokescreen) and they are all at level 12 or higher. I do hope this is resolved soon.

If they won’t let us hold them over, how about allowing us to gift them to friends in need? One of my friends was 140 tokens short to unlock Acid Storm. I would have gladly sent them instead of buying more coins.

@gradientturtle7 & @arceemega FYI- I’ve lost three nodes in the current challenge and there has been a similarity in each instance. When I start the node, and then an ad comes on, I hold my breath because more times than not, that node will crash. It doesn’t matter if I’m playing on my Kindle Fire or LGG4 Android phone. In the previous challenge, I lost nine nodes the same way. I’ve let the ad play in its entirety and I’ve hit the X in the corner at various times. It just doesn’t matter what I do, it’s crashing.

I’ve got the same issue with my Kindle Fire. During the last challenge, I crashed a total of nine times. I also had no clue that there were challenges at Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas. My Kindle wouldn’t open the game during those times and I just figured it was an update gone bad. I’ve been told there’s no hope of getting those new characters. I hope they’re wrong.

Is anyone else having this problem? When the commercial ends (usually Abrevia or Hyundai), I’ll get the Transformers shield, then the screen goes black and I’ve lost one of the four energy pods, leaving me with only three shots at adding to my total. This has happened six times during this Enter The Silverbird challenge.
