I have also had that happen a few times where the Video Option button disappeared when I was ready to use it, and found that if I just waited, sometimes 4 or even 5 minutes, the Video Option button re-appeared.  Worth a try.

I know exactly what you mean, this has been happening to me for the past 3 months.  I have contact Rovio 3 or 4 times with no reply.  It’s extremely frustrating, and I basically have just lowered my expectations anytime there’s a video option.

Rovio has admitted it’s a bug, and will fix it next time they update.  In the meantime they gave me a Rare Chest and 1000 rainbow feathers as compensation.

It seems random, although it’s rarely the ads for Disney Movies for some reason.  Of course when you click on an ad, you don’t know what you’re going to get.  I think I will have to uninstall the game, and reload it but I’m still hesitant to do that.

Yes, I have reported it 3 times without any acknowledgement or reply.  I hoped the last update might solve the problem but it didn’t.
