If the bonus is on the high end (110) do you plan on using 2 bonus TF and a different energonicon or do you think it’s better to use 1 TF that can clear everything and stay with 1 bonus TF and bonus Energonicon? Or full bonus? I’m trying to figure out what’s the best way to run stages and having a plan for Unicron and maximizing my score.

Also anyone else can chime in with any advice too :)

@sickcyn even though it’s only 85% (I was a bit surprised), I’m still using both bonus TFs and the bonus Energonicon. Some runs, I think it was a mistake, others it was a good choice. I’m going to finish out this way.

So, there was a big jump from the 90 token level to the 100 token level. It’s 24500. I’d need two more recharges to get there. Already did two, so I’d spend 100 gems to get 100 tokens. Safe lead, so I’ll stay.

So first, the bad:
Still having the bug where the game crashes and costs a competition run.
Level 8 Nemesis and level 12 Epic Optimus having trouble downing flying pigs. Level 8 I could understand, but level 12? Ricochet at 12 was ok against the flyers.
No notification of a new event? Maybe I just missed it, but the heads up was always appreciated.
The character bundles are kind of overpriced. 500 gems really doesn’t buy us a whole lot. They aren’t terrible, but just overpriced enough to knock them out of consideration.

Now, the good!
The art! Seriously, give whoever came up with the ideas for and designed the Halloween decorations a raise! I loved these – new sky, witch pigs, ghosts, tombstones, jack-o-lanterns, the inside of Astrotrain, new colors on the monoliths, etc.
I like that we’re getting a shot at Nemesis, and all the hats look like fun.

I’m seriously considering throwing a few dollars at a gem bundle if things keep going fairly well because I’m loving this event so much!

22 runs made in the event and had 1 – ONE – desert run, where I made a score of 632, the highest score of the day. Most post-bonus scores have been in the 320 area. I am in @paul13 territory; consecutive runs in Pig City and Cobalt Valley nodes.

Any sightings of Unicron or Boss Pig?

On a non-event note, I have been getting. Error 522 message on this board (says it is not my issue but with the server) when attempting to move to the next page. Anyone else have this?

Welp, I just found an extremely crappy “issue”:

I decide to play an event node. Hey, it’s Unicron! But as soon as I take the first 1/5 of his health off, the Astrotrain flies by, despite the fact that I was only in the node for a whopping 10 seconds. His shield wears off, I start shooting him again, but before I can take off his next chunk of health, my bot boards the Astrotrain and Unicron keeps going without a shield. Node ends with a pathetic 608 points after the bonus…

TL:DR: This event was not correctly programmed for Unicron. :/

I have just noticed another bug. It has been three nodes now when I click to start, the whole app would just shut down and I would lose that extra chance to play. It seems to me the event is not stable enough to start with.

I’m using a combination of Ricochet and Energon Lockdown with Madbot. It seems to happen spontaneously while most of the time the app runs smoothly.

@elpapam after buying NP, now u r thanking urself otherwise with so many bugs u r not going to make it to 6k.

@millforce2k I don’t recharge more than 2 time so third time it ask for 40 gem and what is the price in term of for 4th recharge?? Or if any one did more than 4 so is it keep multiplying or shows stable price for 5th 6th recharge.?

@sickcyn it also depends on ur Tfs. Level like I don’t have many lvl15 but I use 1 Tfs. Which clan clear everything like econ grimlock or sound wave or normal grimlock. With 1 bonus Tfs nd bonus encon. Grimlock give me flexibility to kill. Unicorn or boss pig. But in this even I didn’t get any unicorn so I m sticking with soundwave. Even if bonus r like 50% of 1 Tfs I try to take one of these three with other bonus Tfs & encon.

@mukesh007 yeap always when i am trying to play an event 1-2 times per day the event crash or is loosing the surround graphics and the transformer fell off from the screen OR it crash the app and close down. And i did a restore from backup 3 times with fresh copy of the game but it didn’t work it still has problems, it’s not the devise or the iOS but the crappy app. In the end i believe i did the best choice and i bought the TF.

@mukesh0007 I would have done the third recharge if I could have made it to the 100 token level. Spending 40 gems for 100 token is worth it since that’s equivalent to 50 gems in the token exchange. The recharges go up by 20 gems until you hit 100 gems and the then it’s 100 each time.

Seems it is the same area where your bot also got stuck in the desert while playing a node.

Yes that is the way to do it but as I’ve said before I’ve only managed to open the Desert, Forest and Beach to date. I just completed my 1st event 4 run without being killed in 2 of them, not very good scores due to the fact as I got out of the shuttle the return shuttle passed overhead, so short a run I 12 and that was everything and then I was back in the shuttle node completed. Bonkers

I ran into the “end of the world” bug today as well.

Also, here’s a new bug that I don’t believe anyone else has encountered yet. I had a Unicron run, except that AstroTrain arrived to evac my TF less than ten seconds after the start of the run, before Unicron even dropped his shields for the first time.

Look at my post above I ran into that bug on my new game AND like you the big big guy appeared shot 3 pigs at me and it was game over Score 8

Just happened again and all 3 times its been on the beach node, not so lucky this time only scored 3 after 40% bonus Gezzzzz whatever next.

Never had the End of the World glitch until this event. Have had it 3 times so far. Every time I get the Desert level it’s a gamble whether I’ll get the points… Any tips on how to prevent the glitch? Free up space on device, kick any unused apps off, etc.

@xunhq & @fumuthabeotch please both of you report this to rovio by submit a ticket/request and have photos of the glitch.

They must awake up from their sleep at rovio/exient and do something about it.

Gee3eeszzzzzzz Rovio fix this bug in the event node runs for the Beach please. I just did a 4 run and I got killed twice and twice the run was over in less than 20secs and these runs scored a big fat ZERO. It is OK on a normal node beach run.

Hahahaha!!! Thats what I think first when under 1 min astrotrain fly over er my Tfs. Head.. Though I scored 89 with 30% bonus lol.. As sound wave on so some structure nd 10 boogers gave me some point. I got him first time in 2 day of event on beach and I thought with sound wave and lick down I’ll get 1000 point atleast but that’s all happend and now I see it happend to others also.

@paul what if u keep driving away with those beach desert e. T. C for 10 15 times..? Still they again open up in the same area.?

@partshade Did your short run error happen on the Beach area. As I had two short runs on the beach one Unicron and one normal level. They were so short I don’t think Astrotrain even flew over the top. I think the levels lasted 30 seconds or less. The normal level shot an energon tower than transformed to pass a line of falling monoliths then after I passed them I was boarding Astrotrain. Both happened about 30 minutes ago during the 60% bonus. It is hard enough trying to reach the 100 token level and finish high on the leaderboard without “losing” levels to short runs where you can barely get past 100 before bonus.

Yes on the beach and it’s a right flipping pain in the … I even managed to come out of the run a few times but it was the same when I went back in.
On my tab with the new game on I was getting 2 out 4 completed runs with the other 2 getting killed, Now I get killed twice and 2 short runs with next to no score.
What a really pleasure and enjoyment it is to play this game Rovio. SMFH I kept it clean in case kids read these posts

in the end with those bug i believe i did the right choice and i bought the bundle with nemesis.
