Walkthrough video and strategy for Angry Birds Star Wars Facebook Tournament Level #5 (Day 5, released on November 15th, Week 48 which began on November 11th, 2013). Our strategy is to send Chewbacca between the two bottom boulders. With some luck, debris can clear all the pigs. The score in the video below is 90,060.
Our Angry Birds Star Wars Facebook Tournament walkthroughs show you how to obtain 3 stars, most of the time without the aid of Power-Ups (we do make exceptions). If you have a different strategy feel free to leave a comment below; however, don't just post your score via the comments. Tournament walkthroughs are added weekly as new levels come out, so be sure to check the walkthrough page.
1 bird. No P/U’s. Aim for the middle of the bottom 2 boulders. Should take all pigs out. Lot’s of debris left 88K
Got 3 stars with a 76K score, though I’ve progressed since then. Still waiting for that lucky piece of debris to hit the bottom of the third tower below. Once that happens I’ll have my one-birder. Same method as above video.
Alright, so 89,450 with two birds. First bird took out all the pigs below as well as some decent destruction and the lower shooter pig. I decided to knock off the upper shooter just for spite. Second bird directed right at the pig timed so I could deflect the lasers away. Lasers caused more destruction below and bird took out the pig. Should be spiteful more often (in the game).
Only 85,860 with two birds. First like on video and I don’t remember which pig remained but cleared it with second bird. I saw hints of one birder like on video but it really must be quite a lucky shot to get one birder.
Also 3* w 76K, 3 birds, first try…I guess what I’m saying is, quite the surprise…
Next effort, tried vid, Chewie took out all of right-hand planet but boulders did not hit top planet, so then shot Luke at top planet splitting laers, used a keen light saber swoosh to send lasers back at their guns, taking them out. It was fun!
same method, one bird, no pu, 87.780

91,160 thanks Terribletom, did just like u said
For anyone wondering why you can make the exact same shot 2 times and have very different results, it’s likely because of the rotation of the boulders. That little bit of rotation greatly affects which way they go when Chewie hits them, and when they bounce off each other.
Yes @donkeyhoatie I agree, and I think that’s critical to getting a 1-birder, which I have not been able to accomplish :(
AHA! Notice they are NOT spinning (or at least, not noticeably) in the above vid. Is that just a PC thing?
They spin alright. The game is the same regardless of the operating system.
Worse yet, on my PC, sometimes they spin in the opposite direction, and at different rates! Must be a randomized function
