Angry Birds Seasons Haunted Hogs Level 2-5 Walkthrough

Our strategy for Angry Birds Seasons Haunted Hogs level 2-5 is to blast the very high pile of stones with a Yellow bird, doing a good bit of damage to the main structure. Send one or two Yellow birds through the heart of the structure to pop all pigs there. Now snipe the two rightmost pigs. Note that you must hit them with the Yellow bird, since they are protected by ghost blocks. The score in the video is 113,520.

Hint: Send your first bird towards the wood planks sitting under the square blocks (top right). With a little bit of luck, the stones start to fall slightly before the explosion. That sends them flying inwards, towards the main structure and even taking out the two pigs in the pit.

123320 with 4 birds. 1st bird through the vertical wood in front of the first pig. A good collapse can get 60k+. Similar 2nd bird shot to clean up the rest of the structure. 3rd bird to the TNT, 4th like the video, a lob back to the pigs in the pit. I had some debris from the structure fall back into the pit and take out pit pigs, but botched the 2nd shot, otherwise, might have had close to 130k with birds.

Did a similar strategy but was able to take out the pit pigs with the third bird and the tnt with the fourth. Thanks for posting your strategy dmsral. Helped on the first two birds.

@yuriyigolkin‘s basic method is the best for high scores. I do want to provide an alternative method for the first bird: if you send it a little lower than in his video, it’s possible to knock the stone block into the pit and initiate an excellent collapse that way. This isn’t easy, but then again, neither is the original way.

@yuriyigolkin thank you for the video, I followed your method but used all 4 birds. I had 62k after the 1st shot & 84k after the 2nd with 3 pigs left, the 2 in the pit & the one sitting on the ghost block at the right side of the main structure. The third shot to the TNT did damage to the debris but didn’t get any of the remaining pigs. The 4th I sent to clip the one on the block then into the pit to get the other two.
There was very little debris left, just a few cracked pieces of wood. Most of my 4-bird scores were under 120k, & I only got the 2 pigs in the pit once with the 3rd shot to the TNT for a 3-bird score of 118k.

Idk what’s up if this level has changed @karen68 @hunnybunny But I cannot get those pigs in the pit without a direct hit with yb.. The thing hanging from the chain will fall on them and block any debris or bird to fall in and break them: (

Just played it for about 15mins. I do remember this one being difficult, but it’s still possible to get tnts and pit pigs with 1 bird. Just got this pic. I played it with first rather than last shot. Hit stones at a downward angle and yellow will sometimes drop into pit, clipping one pig. Requires luck for second pig

I didn’t bother with the TNT – found if often left debris on top of the pigs in the pit, blocking the yellow bird from hitting them. You can rack up enough damage for 3 stars by sending first two yellow birds into the main structure. Third bird into the pit to kill the pigs. Extra points for not using last bird will put you over 105k.

This level is my personal hell. I just cannot put 3 good shots together. It’s like im cursed. Argggggggg!

I can’t seem to get the piggies in the pit with the shot to the TNT. 1 in 50 shots they do, but than I blow the second shot and sighhh. So I went about it different. The first shot into the TNT it took more out than the video on top. Second bird finished the last piggies outside the pit. Third bird send into the pit and finished the last ones.
I got 126540 and I so done with this level for now, maybe to return and make the killer 2 shots.

I’m failing miserably trying to follow @e-star‘s first shot into the TNT. I can’t seem to get the right angle on the wood blocks so that it causes the stones to start falling before the TNT goes off! Had a little bit of luck with the last few stones hitting the structure and causing some damage. Cleaned up with the last three birds for a semi-decent score of 123,670.

Debris damage is the key to higher scores on this level. I think you can get at least 120K without bothering with the TNT.

Like @e-star, maybe I’ll revisit this level at a later time and see if I can get a better score.

Repetition was easy and was able to play your strategy happily! Thank you!
I was able to rarely knock down pigs of the lower right in the first birds, but failed in the later bird.
The scores more than 130K felt that after all luck was necessary!

Joined you above 125 @kathy! Combo of strats and thousands of flings, so many so close ….
First bird about 45 degrees to com down between two thicker blocks on the ghost blocks to the right, falling into the pit and taking out the two pigs. I couldn’t get Yuri video strat third shot so figured this was safer
Second shot like Yuri video, third shot under the remaining pigs on the right leaving just the top one exposed
Last night into the stone blocks and wait for the one that goes into outer space to land right on that Piggy’s head.
