Our strategy for Rocket Rumble Level #2 is to send the Yellow bird towards the base of the main structure. Then send the Blue bird into the detonator. The resulting chain reaction should clear the level. The score in the video below is 135,780.

One bird also but using a moonshot: http://angrybir.de/1c2Uljp — tough shot because the bird needs to hit a very small sweet spot on the left wooden triangle below the middle rocket. Try aiming for approximately midpoint of triangle’s hypotenuse and hope that YB will ram through both pieces of glass.

146 (max screen); 142, 138/2B, 144.5 (minimalized), 143, 148.2 (medium, near max). Last score when YB inputs like a knife in butter (till the end), clearing a lot of middle staff = easier way for Big Berta to sniff the ground.

FWIW, I found it more reliable to aim a bit higher. Right at the spot where the sling starts to shorten. Then speed boost 1-3 birds above the forks of the sling. That way if you miss, you land short and can get the same results by hitting one of a few spots on the left side that will collapse and set off the plunger.

The @dawn-nelson method and the @fenikus method both got me one birders. For me the moonshot is easier. Scoring on both methods seems to be about the same.

151690, very lucky outcome, not sure there is much to get as there was nothing remaining. On rocket cleared up mushrooms at top and somehow all mushrooms on left were gone too.

Here is another possible strat that might work. Seems to me that the goal here (for one bird or high score) is to trigger that plunger in the bottom middle to set off the big sideways rocket that will do total destruction. One way is to try to redirect the rockets to hit the structure.

Send the first bird with a very high lob over the structure (need to clear the first left tower / rocket) and hit the far right tower at the box that is part on left leg of this right tower (the box just under the two vertical glass blocks). Need to hit this without triggering the fuse on the right rocket. This leaves a very small strike zone! You want the right tower to fall left, setting off the rocket to shot back into the structure. Sometimes it will hit the left tower then skid down the side to drill into the middle, possibility setting off the plunger to trigger the right sideways rocket. Just shooting this rocket back into the structure can do some major damage for even a two bird finish or fun to watch?

Can use a very high lob or “shot the moon” to hit this box. After hitting the box, the tower needs to fall to left fast because once that fuse is lit, the rocket takes off quickly… You want the rocket aimed at left tower or down into structure before it takes off! I have many shots with the rocket going off over left field into thin air!

This was not the easiest shot to make and many times I didn’t get enough damage points nor hit the middle plunger. It took many times of ‘wash and repeat’ along with the “three P’s” with a dash of luck…. I take that back…. with a lot of LUCK! But every once in a while I got lucky with some nice points.

I finally got 147,830 that placed me in the top 50 on the leaderboard (for now).

This might not be the best strat to use, but I am sure some of the “sharp shooters” might hit the jackpot!
I also like to mix it up with different strats to keep from getting bored. Worst case, one can add this one to the mix?
