Angry Birds Poached Eggs 3 Star Walkthrough Level 1-2

A good strategy for Poached Eggs level 1-2 is to bounce the first red bird off the back hill so it bounces back and hits the tallest pedestal. This should cause a domino effect taking out all the pigs and leaving you with 40,000 bonus points. The score in the video below is 61,110.

@jujojasil12 I think you should tell everyone how you got 70k; otherwise, your score lacks credibility. The ABO score in your screenshot is not credible, because it doesn’t distinguish between power-up scores.

First off, welcome @jujojasil12, you sparked quite a debate, which is actually pretty cool as it’s been awhile (back in the day, this used to happen all the time).

Anyhow, unfortunately, your scores need to be removed until proper proof can be provided. It’s pretty much as simple as that.

I think that it is too early to perform this step. You became a member, almost three months ago. Then I don’t see much pictures in your album, showing scores for presented strategies.
We can have a look at it again, in say one year from now. Agree?

Don’t feel picked on @guestwith7. I think it took me about 10 years. 1 year sounds a good deal.

This thread is far from dull all of a sudden. Most excitement we had had in Angry Birds for ages.

I’ve been off grid for a couple of weeks and appear late for the party as usual.Just a couple of things I’d like to say on the subject.Firstly it’s good to know so many people still care about the sanctity of the leaderboards after all these years.

Secondly: I seem to recall an almost arbitary decision that was made a couple of years ago to accept ‘after the fact’ screen tally snaps as proof of high score.@cg358 has clearly shown this does not provide proof of a legitimate score.Could I suggest we go back to the ‘Gold Standard’ of only allowing snaps of the tally screen score immediately after said high score has been achieved or as @hallieginsb suggests a screenshot before the level times out showing damage points and unused birds.

I don’t want to be too dogmatic about it I know for instance that a score that has been sitting in second place for years(thus not requiring proof) suddenly can be promoted as the previous top score is removed for some reason.(I know for a fact this has happened on more than one occasion.)Also it is possible to get a top score without being aware of it,but if it’s one or two trophy scores among many I think a little slack can be cut.Nor am I looking for a retrospective removal of scores but going forward can we go back to the old standard as it removes the possibility of dubious scores getting through.Unless any seasoned veterans disagree can we embody this into the rulebook?

@briann, I agree that the Gold Standard that you suggest is the only one that rules out any opportunity for deliberate cheating, other than when the scores are just so ridiculously high to be clearly impossible. The horse bolted many years ago on that one unfortunately. I’m guilty of not always providing that level of proof I will admit. Although, because I have never dabbled with Power Ups, I never knew that it was the case that a “non-live” tally screen can be used to conceal Power Up use until @cg358‘s analysis. I guess I never noticed it when playing the Tutorial. It does raise one significant problem with claiming Sharpshooter badges does it not? The level of proof required is lower than the Gold Standard and it appears, is easily subject to cheating. The fact that I think that it hasn’t happened is a credit to the players here.
The bottom line is that Rovio screwed up a good game by introducing these hated Power Ups. Rovio are very very good at screwing up most things it would appear.

Just as others have said, it was hard to achieve on a mobile phone due to the weaker force, but it was finally done.

@guestwith7, just trying to digest this.
Firstly, a very impressive score. Presumably the 70k high score that shows in your screenshot was done with Power Ups and you were experimenting to see how high was possible? Maybe in the light of the score @jujojasil12 was claiming? Out of interest can you clarify which version of the game you were using and what platform. I’d love to know how you managed to crack this one and how long it took you.
Thanks.

Hello @desperate-dan, the 70k score did use Power Ups. I was on version 7.5.0, though it should work on other versions too. I was just following what @dollarbill2208 mentioned—but it was tough. Took me at least 3 hours of playing to finally get 63k. Hope that clarifies things!
