First bird lower, to leading edge of cart works well.

Stella to pick up as much wood as possible

Quickly, before Stella drops her load, fling third bird to the right side of the pit

First bird as @bonneypattycat. Second only to remove loose debris leaving a path of only wood to the interior. The less damage the better. Third through the hole so it drops down. The idea is to have it blow to the left, then hope it flies to the right taking out nearly everything in the pit. The more stuff left up top, the more likely the bird is to stay low inflicting damage. I got 198,800 with a cake left and twice got 192K with a fourth bird, so 202K scores this way are definitely possible.

High ark to the little sledgelike stone at the first cart.
This opens up a gab between cart 2 and 3.
Stella into this gap. This should/could open the structure.
Orange as far as possible to the right of the pit, deflating and than hope for the debris.
Easy 3 Star.

Daily Challenge 14th June 2019. This method may have some mileage in it. I found it maybe a bit easier to score in 190s Give it a go!

207500 with 3 birds.

As per @comex666 and @steviep147 videos, with two small twists that can make a small difference.

The first one is aiming at the very top of the slanted stone plank in front of the cart. The idea is to destroy as mush of the cart as possible, while Terence still going to touch and weaken the left side of the main structure.

The second one is to manually inflate Bubbles when he is going down. Do not wait for it to settle. This way he is often obliterating most of what he is near from.

Anyway, here is the final result for the Daily Challenge.
