Welcome to our walkthrough for Bird Island Level 3. Check out our video below.
Our three star strategy for this level is fairly obvious once you look closely. Send Chuck to the far right, knocking out the hollow wooden block and dropping the structure to the left into the pit. It helps earn extra points if some debris falls to the right as well. Then send boomer straight ahead and topple the left structure into the pit as well. A “reverse remi” shot works well here too, but our straight shot netted us 116900. Destruction can vary, so if you don’t get those three stars at first, just keep flinging!
Feel free to leave comments below, but don’t just post your scores – that’s what the leaderboards are for.
@admins 109380 is 2 star and 110170 is 3 star.
@hoy49 thanks
Are the 120K plus scores one-birders? I seem to have maxed out on my two-bird scores at around 118K.
Must have triggered a variation on the whine effect. The third attempt after the above post and I scored 122K with two birds. However, a one-birder seems very possible.
Ye @philsey I had a one birder but it only produced 122k. The same first shot and a piece of debris from the pit fired up and left after the TNT exploded. I am fairly certain that this is how a 130+k score is achieved as it seems pretty remote with 2. Perhaps @debtclaim would like to tell us?
The best I have done with two birds was just under 126K.
@steviep147
Thank you for the post one the one bird solution. Took a while but very helpful as always.
One variation worth trying — with second shot, reverse-remi into the top of the hollow stone block on the near cliff. Sometimes you can pick up extra points from falling debris and/or bird falling backwards onto the sand.
But your best bet is to keep flinging into that hollow wooden block on the far cliff until you get a one-birder with good destruction.
No one’s answered the question explicitly, so yes, I got 129K with one bird. Fling as in the video and get lucky so some of the debris from the bottom flies up and breaks one of the bottom right wooden verticals of the leftmost structure. I assume the 130K scores are the same with a bit more breakage than I got. Not a complicated level.
See above! Yes it’s entirely luck most or all of this episode. Rovio badly want to sell add-ons. So if a player can’t be bothered to put in the time then a why not buy a score. Sad but true.
And a Top Score I’m totally not proud of, considering the number of hours I spent mindlessly flinging the same fling. The one thing constructive I can say is pay attention to the first bird in the video. I’ve been flinging flatter and triggering sooner, but the idea is to hit the pig-in-a-box a bit higher so a lot of debris falls off the back. 2-5K extra points.
I won’t be back to this level.

Wash, Rinse, Repeat – spent way too much time on this level.
Here’s a video for 128k. I could have been more or less as it’s matter of luck.

@grrtammy
Than you for sharing your tips for this level about flying flatter, debris off to the right and activating earlier. Got lucky with some flying debris.

I swear, I was just about to complain about being stuck below average at 123K when I got 127K using two birds. Nothing different than anyone else.
@Jtb Nice score! Guess the advice about”Just keep flinging at the hollow wooden block until you get a one birder” is the best strat I’ve read lol!
Ain’t that always the way, though? LOL
Not entirely inspired by this as a Challenge level but in my attempts to get a puppy, whilst distracted while looking after a real puppy, managed to clock a high score without even realising it. But just short of @asher on the day – probably just as well as I have no idea what happened and didn’t take a screenshot
