The best strategy for Mine and Dine level 15-2 is to lob the first Black bird through the stone plank in the middle. It is not an easy shot, but the explosion should clear the right and middle towers. Use the White bird and Black bird straight ahead to topple the remaining tower. The score in the video below is 124,910.

I got 132000 with sending the first bomb bird straight into the horizontal stone. Then the white bird low, firing the egg sometime, so that the bird flies into the TNT.
Then finishing the rest with the other bomb bird and if needed the white bird

141190 using this method. Seems to help get a higher score if I aim the 2nd (white) bird so it hits the concrete beam in between the two TNTs.

Thank you Trisha! Great strat one thing to add I noticed if white bird hits a little lower about middle to just below the TNT sets off stronger and adds more points in destruction. Fun level but it kinda gave me vertigo at first! LOL
139,640 pretty much same method using three birds lot of points when towers collapsed.
I like to use my second bird to go in low and drop the egg bomb sending her into he TNT.. This method works for me and scores the most points with the second bird.. The 1st and 3rd Bomb birds score the most points as the video shows.. My best here so far is 138460 with 3 birds..
First bomb bird directly into horizontal stone plank taking out first stone column. Second bird low to clean out TNT. Third bird on top of left remaining stone column, collapsing the remaining structure to the right. 144,260.

Update 142560 Dropped the first black bird so it landed right on top of the two pig – headlamp and pick resting on the square wood block. That took everything out.

This level was a lot of fun with the floating-like rock.
1. Black bird straight into the horizontal grey stone plank sticking out on left side. Need close to 40k or more and the left column to disappear. If you cannot obtain these, reset. Once got 78,500 on the first shot. Blew the second though.
2. White bird has two options: a)if the debris where the first column was, does not block the path to the second column from the left take the shot there and have the bird go up and take out the items ontop of the second column and the column itself, b) if the path to the second column is blocked go with the low white bird shot as described above.
3. Black bird has two options depending of the white bird’s results: a) if 2a was used launch black bird over to the third column and take out the rest of the pigs and debris, b) if 2b was used launch the black bird into the wood block or the space where the wood block was above the second column, activate and push the second and third columns to the right with everything else. Very hard to push the columns over with a direct hit from Black Bird.
4. White Bird = bonus
Obtained a two bird solution but only received 124,760 point.

Watch the horizontal block on top of the pillar on the right. In about 1 out of ten tries it will wiggle and pop the little pig under it. Sometimes more of the structure falls but I find that I get less points that way anyway. Straight ahead with the first bird into the horizontal brick sticking out . With luck the whole structure crumbles. I

Great finding @bluestar_127. Got 155270 with 1. Definitively more points there. Note that the little pig doesn’t have to pop for success. Has long as the middle big pig has bounced enough and the middle horizontal is bent enough there is hope
@bluestar_127 — There is a forum on self-destroying and unstable levels. Would like to include this, but need some more details. FYI — I tried 30 restarts on iPad and didn’t get any destruction, The only thing I saw was that ~1/10 times, top center pig rolls to left. So a couple of questions — What version of ABO are you using (sometimes Rovio changes things like this : (( ), and what platform do you play on? Also, I couldn’t figure out what you meant by “the horizontal block on top of the pillar on the right.” Do you mean the small square stone block to the upper right of the pig on a chain, or ??? Would like to know how many points with just the block falling on the pig, how long you have to wait to see motion, and how long it takes to fall. Your reward is that you now know about the list of self-destroying levels, and can make use of it. Thanks.

Watch the gap between the pillar and the long horizontal stone on the right, you’ll sometimes see it wiggle.
You do want that pig on the bottom to roll left. When it does and is up against the block it sometimes pops because the pillar is wiggling. There is no block falling. Points after pig pops is about 5200 I think.
Sometimes just the pig pops, sometimes the right side crumbles too.
Because that pig is gone when you shoot the first bomb bird the whole structure can crumbles easier to get a one bird score.
I use an iPhone and I think I have version 2.2.0 at least that’s what the credits say.
Oh, and the pig on the chain does bounce around a bit too. The pig on the bottom right takes a while to pop. 10 points by 20 points or so until it pops. It can take about 2-3 mins. Is that enough info @mvnla2?
@bluestar_127 I’m even more confused. I think we are describing different things, or using words differently.
I still am not sure what you mean by gap between the pillar and the long horizontal stone on the right? There are 3 pillars. Are you talking about the right-most of the 3? I don’t see a gap between the right-most pillar and any long horizontal stone plank. Are you talking about the almost vertical stone plank the slopes from the lowest horizontal stone plank towards the right-most pillar? I saw the TOP center big pig, with the helmet on, roll to the left. You say the BOTTOM pig rolls to the LEFT, but the bottom pig is already close to the left and would get closer to the TNT, if possible??? Can’t try this on iPhone without clearing 15-1.
Look in my album I posted a screen shot with the pig missing. Yes I mean that very long skinny brick on top of the right most pillar. There is a very very small gap that moves sometimes if you look closely. The pig on the chain wiggles at the same time.

Going to have to replay this one now. At this point, getting more points is just luck, in that a few more blocks get destroyed, or something like this happens. Generally it’s the same strategy and repeating hundreds of times hoping for more destruction.
That little pig makes a big difference! The right part of the structure falls much much easier. :)
I was very close to over 160k a few times. Someone will do it! :)
Got 156k last night with 2 birds so 160k+ is definitely possible with the 1 bird solution.

So frustrated right now, I did the waiting game here, and after the right side board fell over, I saw much more movement in the structure and eventually the complete right collapsed. Over 48k at this point, no birds used yet. Took a screen print, at which time my iPad crashed (yes ipads crash too), so I lost this starting point. This could have been a great one to two bird score. Will have to retry later tonight when I have more time.
@pointdexter5 this happen to me couple time playing Rio after actually completing the level but before the end screen, this is one reason I don’t often take screen shot of good runs…
That sucks man, if it makes you feel any better I have gotten all my bests scores on this level when the right structure was still standing but there was a good wiggle beforehand. I noticed when the right side collapses on its own there seems to be a board the kind of wedges the left side up, maybe it was just coincidental but keep at it!
Yep, just improved my score significantly on this one with a one-birder. When just that right side drops, and you have around 6k, the structure seems to be less stable, to where a well placed bomber pushes it all over. Then it’s just luck that something penetrates through to set of the TNT. I think there is more to gain here, not done yet.
exactly, if you look at the position of the pillars on the cemement blocks, after the wiggle, they move over to the right side of the block and then the push works rather easy, congrats.
I started in 685th place and jumped to 87th on the Leaderboard using the 3-bird strat listed above the video. I guess I picked a good time to revisit M&D by the looks of this thread. I will have to see if I can join the Big Guns towards the top. If @thetoddman23 is getting results on Android, maybe I will have the same luck.
I based my general strategy on it: looking for instability of the structure as witnessed by the pig on the chain moving, waiting for it to stabilise within say 15 seconds, then shoot into horizontal brick, detonating by hand upon impact to take out the leftmost pillar immediately and shake the structure as a whole. for my current score (160,960) this took out the rightmost pillar on the first time of the structure swaying to the right, and then the middle part started to slowly cave in which took out the rest. total destruction except for some blocks on the right (so maybe the waiting game could pay off, but not enough patience to wait for the little pig to pop/structure to fall down).
I started like the video shows but the Black Bird didn’t make it through the cement plank, so I had to launch the White Bird toward the bottom of the cave then lay my egg so that the Bird would go up and to the right to detonate the two TNT boxes in the hole, then everything went wild and destroyed the structures and pigs above and below, thus in essence it turned into a 2-Birder.
I lucked out big time with a one bird shot down the middle after not too many attempts. Wish I could say exactly how it happened, but it was a couple months ago and all I remember is thinking “What the H! Whatever, I’ll take it!!!”
