Introducing Luca from Angry Birds Stella

Rovio released a new Angry Birds Stella animation today that’s all about Luca (the blue bird), the only boy of the flock. It doesn’t really tell us anything we didn’t already know, but it’s a fun reveal nonetheless.

Per YouTube:

He’s the only boy in the flock and also the youngest, but don’t call him a baby – his name’s Luca!

He’s a playful and inquisitive little fella, which means he loves to explore (and often finds himself in sticky situations). Luca may be quiet, but he actually has quite a pair of lungs on him, so cover your ears when he does his Soundwave Shock!

What do you think?

Oh, boy. (Sorry, that was the only pun I could come up with right now…)
This sums up my little sister in every way. :)

@kristian2002 no, of course not. Luca is Stella’s little friend and Stella is kid herself. There are no family ties in Angy Birds games.

I hope to get my telepods by the end of this week, so “only” two weeks would be long time to wait before release.

Looks like his “bark” is worse than his “bite”. Anticipation is the best part of AB games. Waiting to see what they will do different in the game play, characters and backgrounds of each level.

Hmmm . I think I can predict what kind of ability he will have . He’ll most likely push things out with the “sound shockwaves” in a manner like Darth Vader , except without a pull while yelling . He could be effective against glass like a little mischievous boy .

Not necessarily. AG Go was also the very first AB racing game. But this does not mean that there will be more AB racing games. And Bad Piggies war the very first Bad Piggies game. Bu this does not mean that there will be more Bad Piggies games.
