One strategy for Pig Bang level 1-29 is to send the first Lazer bird into the bottom-right TNT along a straight line. It is a good spot, and has the potential to detonate all cornered TNT. Use the next Lazer bird to go through the center pig and into the TNT on the extreme right.

I’m enjoying space so far, the designer are into billiard. So many have the concept in them.

Finally got above average…no idea how people are getting 130 k its really hard!
I fired my first bird toward the top right corner, then put target on bottom right corner when he was in the middle. Set off a chain reaction that took all pigs out.

128385 using this strat… But needed 2nd bird for farthest pig and TNT…
Basically same strat but bird 2 might rack up enough points to get in the 130k range.
Thank you Danno820 for your strat. I gained 7,000 points. Like loox I have to use a second bird for the far right pig for most of my games.
I did have two one-bird shots that took out everything but the scores were low.
I am still trying for my miracle to get in the high 120’s or low 130’s.

The key to a good score with this method is that when the dynamite in the lower right detonates, it kicks a stone diagonally and detonates the two boxes of dynamite in the top left corner and does lots of damage. If you’re lucky, one of the detonations will kick a stone into the alcove on the right; otherwise you may have a tricky second shot trying to angle between the debris drifting around.
I just one-birded this level for the second or third time, but this time all the dynamite got triggered and I got pushed to the top of the score board.
Same method, 1 shot, miracles happened

119795. Just like the video. My first Top Score!!! I expect someone to pass it pretty soon.
Its a game of snooker. I set off yb in a 2 o’clock angle then detonated to hit the far centre TNT. 2nd yellow bird in same direction but this time detonated to hit the top left corner TNT – cleaned up the remaining pigs and set off TNT in bottom right corner.
Focused on TNT boxes only. No particular order. Just avoid traffic. 109,070 – 3 birds.
I fired my first bird to the top right corner, a chain reaction caused all but the far right TNT to explode. The second bird took care of that :)
Got 128530 this way.

Great job @xebic88! After DZ I left Space and went back to earth and forgot I even made video’s for them. Hope I will find the time to go back into Space, lots of new levels I haven’t tried out. Gaaa! While targeting the top left TNT, I did that, but also released a space eagle! Ok the first time, since I got a feather, but the second time was bad. Had to stop trying to improve my score on this level. I think somewhere it says what to do if you accidentally summon the SE, but what?

I too accidentally summoned the can of sardines aiming for the top left TNT. Since we are earning the eagle, what is the purpose and application? I don’t see any feathers…

I have also lauched two SE on this level by accident. When I saw the third on the the sling shot, I pressed the reset/restart button next to the SE button, the game reset and the SE was saved with my number going back to one-higher. What really hurts is I did not get a feather. Congrats mvnla2 on your feather for this level.
Help! As in the Year of the Dragon, you have the dragon eye in the far upper lefthand corner of the screen. I am getting perfect scores for “Space”, but I do not have the green eye in the corner that everyone else seems to have. What am I doing wrong…I know that green eye will give me powers. How do I get that eye??
What device are you using? The Space Eagle is only available for iOS at this time.

OK, just got it again, barely. I am sure I will be back on 1-29 in a few days. Good luck on Cold Cuts. I found that after the first few levels, I got the hang of it and the levels solved themselves in my head easier. (a few lucky shots didn’t hurt anything either)

jesus, how much i hate this level! have had two 124k moments.. but can’t get over that score, probably up to 500 attempts! @Lelongue, what’s the secret? the upper right corner down right corner shot?
I struggled with this but after a lot(!) of attempts Danno820’s strategy is the one – One bird: Fire up diagonally to top right, aim for bottom right at mid way – best results were directly through the two pig bubbles into the outside tip of the corner of the stone blocks at bottom right. It’s hard to reproduce as a lot of times something gets in the way or TNT doesn’t explode as you’d expect – also slightly different angles through the bubbles can slow the bird down a lot. Get it right and all TNT goes.
I got 136k – and calling it a day on this one!

The average here is only 113k and I have a strategy that only 1 time gave me a score less than 117k. It is 118-122k most of the time. So here’s the way to beat the average.
1st bird aim at pig at 2 o’clock. It is a tricky shot because it means that you have to pass the 4-piece concrete block in the middle by only a few pixels. But then this is also a good aiming aid. Before the bird hits the pig redirect it to the bottom right 4 wood blocks (over the TNT). The redirect has to be as close to the pig as possible. Try to hit the outer 2 wood-blocks clean – leave the inner 2 intact. If you smash them all then the 2nd part of this won’t work
If you do it right in 9 out of 10 a piece of stone will be propelled diagonally and ignite the TNT up left. If you leave some wood the igniting TNT will send it north with enough momentum to ignite the upper right TNT in 5 out of 10
I was never able to ignite the TNT on the goal line or kill the pig behind it. So all is left is an easy shot for the 2nd bird. With 15 minutes time your score should be nowwhere below 120k now – good luck.
@happyshake I seem to be doing it wrong. I think I need to shoot at the rightmost wooden blocks in the bottom right corner. But when I try to break only 2 of the wooden blocks I can never get the TNT to explode. By the “outer” blocks do you mean the top 2 or the left 2? I hope you don’t mind elaborating a little because a 50% chance of getting the top right TNT sounds pretty joyous. Even 10% would make this level playable but currently I can’t seem to get all 3 corners to blow almost ever..
I tried my own strategie after a very long time again and scored 121 in the 3rd attempt. So it seems to be still working.
Can’t say whether you’ll be able to improvre your already impressive score here with my strategy. After all you’re already 10k above average.
By “outer blocks” I mean the ones on the wall (west or right)
To get the 3 corners is easy this way, but I can’t think of anything destroying the “goal-Line” TNT. For a single birder you will have to find another way.
@happyshake Well this is embarassing. All this time I’ve been shooting the Laser on the wrong side of the 4 concrete blocks LOL. I was sending the bird underneath the blocks! When I shot it up top and redirected when it reached the northeastern pig your strat worked like a dream and I was able to improve to 131k in like 10 minutes :-)
Thanks for the awesome strat, you’ve changed this level from frustrating to the point of unplayability to a fun and realaxing level to play! Meanwhile I believe I’ve earned myself one of these:

I just couldn’t make it work hitting the outer two woodblocks however, so finally I tried hitting the inner ones, and found that to be repeatable. Got 127k with two birds, and then got lucky and got a one-birder for 134k. Not a top score but still nice. I made a video:

General comment – I noticed there is a link above the video screen above to go to screen that contains all the Leader Boards for all the AB games. Is there a link on this game screen to go directly to the Leader Board for this particular level, 1-29?
If I missed it, please advise.
If there is not a link, can it be done?
My reason is that it would be quick and efficient to see the Leaders of any particluar level from the video screen of that level.
At the present time, I ususally go back to My Leader Boards, pick the AB game, pick one of the games within that main game, pick the level, and click the level name on the left side to view the Leader Board for that level.
Under the video screen above I can enter my score and view The Top score. It would be great if one could have a link to view the Leader Board for this level in the same area.
Just a thought.
I’ve wondered about that as well, but I don’t think that functionality exists (yet. anyway!) It would be quite a useful feature to have, I agree! :)
This feature is unlikely to be done in the near future. It would slow down page production on our end, but we are considering some alternatives.

One birder by simply going for the last pig in the pit straight on… but only 107540 on that. :)
Different strategy…aim for top left pig just underneath square concrete block. Fire lazer bird when he/she is at the bottom corner of the concrete block aiming for bottom right TNT. Was stuck at 132K for weeks but got 135K after 25 tries. Probably just luck but something different. Bird seems like it gets a little more velocity with a good head start.

Just got my highscore of 126,010 on this level. Bad news- it’s on the Kindle Fire. And all my other top scores are on the iPad. Should I still post my score on the Leaderboards, even though it’s not on the same platform?
Now have a score of 120,010 on the iPad, and I can’t seem to do any better after about 3 tries. It brought my iPad score for this level up around 2,000 points.
Of course, now my score got raised up to 120,790!
Sounds like nobody`s listening. I have the same problem. I enter my scores from my ipod at the nest. But sometimes my higher scores are on the ipad or on the PC. But I stay true to the ipod scores on the nest.
Okay I will leave my iPad score for now, and will continue to try to improve my score, so far it has been with no luck.

I am sooooo tired of this level :P It’s been over 2 months and I still haven’t gotten any better of a score.
FINALLY! After 3 months of no success I finally got an amazing score of 132,360!!!! Everything exploded just right and I got this score. I am never revisiting this level again EVER.

I’ve made the alternate strategy that contains 125k after I hard to think. First shoot to the top-right from the slingshot, activate the power near the pig but don’t too near, causing hit the bubble pig and hit the stone block on the top-right of the central four stone block whose very close with TNT. TNT will blame to the TNT in the bottom-right. Causing three pigs near TNT is dead frozen and one pig that too far from TNT but close with slingshot is dead, if miss you got second chance that all stone block that location is xtreme right will be hit. Make sure the way to the TNT that location is xtreme right is clear. Launch second shoot to top right too, but activate the power making your shoot with power is horizontal. Infiltrates to the TNT and blame to any directions, Lazer Bird will hit the pig that location is xtreme right and if you miss the first chance to hit the pig that too far from TNT but too close with slingshot will be hit by stone block. Your bonus points is 2 birds = 20k points. Good luck.
Aim at the center-most right corner of the TNT near the pig. When the bird reaches the TNT and explodes, it will clear away most of the pigs, leaving only 1 pig left.
Then aim at the bottom-right corner of the TNT using the second angry bird and its done!
I finally got 126860 playing on my android phone. Since first getting three stars on this level on iPad I haven’t been able to improve it.
This is one of those levels that I can play over and over again wthout any frustration. I just can+t improve it on iPad. I have 126860 on android and today after long long time I improved from 109k (which was my first three star score) to 115660. surely I will play it tonight trying to get better score.
Generally I’m not a huge fan of the billiard-style levels (Utopia 4-2 still haunts me) – there is an inherent randomness to them, especially in a level such as this with so many tiny blocks flying around. I could partially replicate some of the described shots but the end result of what flies exactly where is difficult to predict. In the end I improved to 125k with a 1-bird clear using the 1st shot from HappyShake, in a couple of hundred previous tries I never came close & haven’t gotten near that since. A bit frustrating!
I got a diffrent stragaty
The first Lasar bird aims towards the middle TNT
The second aims for the last ramaing pigs
Aim laser bird just to the right of upper most pig. Activate him so that he hits just to the left of center on bottom right group of stones in front of TNT. Along the way kill the two piggies by bursting only their bubbles. This allows laser bird to maintain enough speed to activate TNT. It also clears the path for debris later. Kick back and watch the show. Debris will hit upper right TNT and upper left TNT. Debris from the upper left explosion will fly all th way back to the goal line ending tne life of the last remaining piggy. This is a one in a million shot, so bring a lunch.
@HappyShake‘s method is the easiest and most repeatable to score above average. I highly recommend you be satisfied with the score you get with his strategy. My strat just proves even a blind squirrel will find the nut occasionally. Good luck to all the blind squirrels.
@happyshake ‘s strat (like all of his) is a great way to go. Just one thing, That shot is freaking impossible. Shoot slow, you can’t aim precisely. Shoot fast, you have to find the tiny trigger point AND track the bird moving into your peripheral vision – something the human eye was NOT designed to do :)
An relatively easier shot is the path between the four 4-stone block cubes in the middle and right of the level. Aim just above the first cube about 15 degrees, stick your pointer on the top right wood block in the bottom right corner, and trigger right before bird hits the wall (actually those 4-stone cubes protecting the alcove)
You’re aiming right if your bird hits the bottom 4-block cube in front of the alcove.
This shot seems to have the same chances as happyshake’s shot, but it’s in your direct vision, so a little easier to keep track of. For either, all that matters, like HS said, it hitting those right blocks clean, as the left ones are what will fly up to the top right tnt

Patience is definitly the key for this one. Got my hiscore (presently 136k) after trying many things. Best shot was at aiming at the middle of the screen and then going SE when reaching the SE-NW diagonal. As @rat9 explained, it is crucial to hit the bubbles of the two pigs in between LB and TNT (although hitting one pig directly and popping one bubble is OK as well), and making LB go slightly above TNT, so that it is either blown up vertically toward NE TNT or, more seldomly, slightly NNNE toward “goal line”. There is too much randomness (I think) in the chain reaction in order to obtain a good > 130k score on a regular basis, so you just have to try as long as possible. I presume that this is more or less equivalent to @rat9 strat (except that I go left instead of above TNT), as randomness implies patience in both cases.
Who in the Nest selected this as a challenge today? He/She must be a masochist. If @Comex666 gets a puppy on this one I will be sorely impressed.
Btw @Sglouk, I said to go to the left of the TNT in my strat.
132/1 bird. Really difficult but I have some aiming points/tap spot settings available for those using BlueStacks (PC version) that make it less so. First shot just misses the first obstacle and is x=25.07 y=65.1. Activate a little earlier than the @gladvold video so that it only misses the floating 4 concrete blocks by fractions. The aiming point/tap spot for this is x=69.67 and y=67.8. It’s not foolproof of course so rinse and repeat. Good luck
